In our daily life, in different and everyday situations, we do not always respond in the same way.

For example, when we are angry or having an argument with someone, we sometimes raise our tone of voice, other times we keep quiet so as not to argue, other times we control ourselves and transmit what we want.

And this last example, neither aggressive nor passive, is assertive.

But how can we respond in this way? Can we all do it? Assertiveness is a communication style that can be learned and trained, in order to know how to communicate in a more appropriate and beneficial way for everyone. And this is the main goal of this course.

  • Assertive rights
  • Techniques to learn how to be assertive (learn to share feelings, express emotions, say no, ask, etc.).
