PARENT’S SCHOOL: AND NOW … WHAT DO I DO WITH MY SON?

Being a mom and dad is not easy and although we put our best effort, we cannot control everything.

At some point in our motherhood and fatherhood we have asked ourselves if we are doing the right thing. If we are setting limits well, if it is good to set limits, what we should do when our child is having a “tantrum”, how to handle our own frustration… And many more questions that often accompany motherhood and fatherhood.

This workshop is intended to help you manage the frustration generated by the uncertainty that comes with the responsibility in the education of your children.

Contents:

  • What is frustration?
  • How can I transform it into a positive emotion?
  • Guidelines for surviving tantrums.
  • In this house you cannot shout: Coexistence rules.
