Since I began my training in Psychology, I knew I had found my calling: to support people in their processes of change and well-being. That’s why, when the time came to decide what I wanted to dedicate my life to, it was clear to me: I wanted to be a psychologist.
I started university and fell even more in love with this profession. Since finishing my degree, my desire to keep learning has only grown. After completing the Master’s in General Health Psychology, I continued expanding my knowledge with specialized training in grief, affective disorders (anxiety and depression), and the prevention of obesity and eating disorders. This academic journey has deeply enriched me as a professional and has given me greater confidence in my work.
I’ve been lucky enough to practice this profession I’m so passionate about for several years now. I’ve worked with children with ASD and ADHD, affective disorders, and self-esteem issues, as well as with adults and adolescents dealing with stress, anxiety, depressive symptoms, grief, and chronic illnesses (such as multiple sclerosis). It has been a stage of great personal and professional learning.
I love my work, and for me, accompanying you in your process of change is a responsibility I take on with commitment, heart, and professionalism. If you’ve made it this far, you may have already taken the first step. And if you feel the time has come to prioritize yourself, I’ll be here to walk alongside you.
