From the moment I began my studies in Psychology, I knew that supporting people through their emotional processes was a profound calling. I have always felt a strong interest in understanding people’s inner world and in creating safe spaces where they can feel heard, safe, understood, and respected.
After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I pursued a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology, which allowed me to consolidate a solid and rigorous clinical foundation. I continue my professional development, expanding my knowledge and staying up-to-date to offer responsible and evidence-based interventions. My mission is to support people with anxiety, depression, trauma, and high sensitivity, working from an integrative approach that combines scientific tools with a compassionate and human perspective.
I firmly believe that therapy is a space for encounter where we work deeply on our relationship with ourselves and build a life more consistent with our own values and more aligned with who we truly are. My approach is based on respecting each person’s pace, empathy, and commitment.
Taking the step to begin therapy isn’t always easy; it requires honesty and courage. That’s why I deeply value this decision and am committed to supporting you at every stage of the process, offering a safe space where you can feel supported as you move forward.
For me, every process is unique. If you’re going through a difficult time or feel you need support to better understand yourself and move forward, I would be delighted to walk alongside you on this journey.
