No hi ha febre, ni ferides, ni es cura amb qualsevol tipus de descans. \u00c9s un cansament que s\u2019amaga darrere del somriure mentre dius: \u201ctot b\u00e9\u201d. Aquest cansament t\u00e9 nom: <strong>esgotament psicol\u00f2gic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moltes persones el viuen sense adonar-se\u2019n. Segueixen complint amb la feina, els estudis, la fam\u00edlia, les rutines\u2026 per\u00f2 senten dins una barreja de <strong>buit, saturaci\u00f3 i desconnexi\u00f3<\/strong>. Com si la seva ment i el seu cos continuessin en moviment, per\u00f2 en \u201cmode autom\u00e0tic\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest esgotament no apareix d\u2019un dia per l\u2019altre. \u00c9s el resultat d\u2019haver sostingut massa, durant massa temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"que-es-realment-lesgotament-psicologic\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s realment l\u2019esgotament psicol\u00f2gic?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019esgotament psicol\u00f2gic no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s estar \u201ccansat\u201d. \u00c9s una <strong>forma de<\/strong> <strong>col\u00b7lapse emocional i mental <\/strong>que sorgeix quan l\u2019exig\u00e8ncia, la pressi\u00f3 o l\u2019estr\u00e8s es mantenen sense descans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sovint apareix en persones que<strong> donen molt i descansen poc<\/strong>, que es <strong>responsabilitzen de tot<\/strong> o que <strong>posen les necessitats dels altres per sobre de les pr\u00f2pies<\/strong>. A vegades, fins i tot es confon amb mandra o falta de motivaci\u00f3, quan en realitat es tracta d\u2019una ment saturada que <strong>ja no t\u00e9 espai per processar m\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aquest tipus d\u2019esgotament tamb\u00e9 pot estar lligat a:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La sobrec\u00e0rrega laboral o acad\u00e8mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La cura constant d\u2019altres (fills\/es, pares\/mares, familiars, pacients).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processos emocionals intensos o dols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autoexig\u00e8ncia, perfeccionisme o culpa per \u201cno rendir prou\u201d o \u201che de poder amb tot\u201d o \u201cjo puc sol\/a\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019estr\u00e8s sostingut sol ser el punt de partida de tot aquest desgast. Algunes de les m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Et lleves cansat encara que hagis dormit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et costa concentrar-te o prendre decisions senzilles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u2019irrites o et frustres amb facilitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sents una tristesa difusa, sense motiu clar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El teu cos est\u00e0 tens, amb dolors de cap, de coll o d\u2019est\u00f3mac.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot et sembla un esfor\u00e7: parlar, contestar missatges, pensar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et costa gaudir fins i tot del que abans t\u2019agradava.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Darrere d\u2019aquests senyals no hi ha feblesa. Es tracta de reconnectar amb tu mateix i amb les teves pr\u00f2pies necessitats. De deixar de viure en mode superviv\u00e8ncia i comen\u00e7ar a viure en mode pres\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed tens algunes pautes que poden ajudar-te a iniciar aquest canvi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Escolta els teus senyals interns.<\/strong><br>Si el teu cos est\u00e0 cansat, no l\u2019ignor\u00eds. El descans no \u00e9s un premi, \u00e9s una necessitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Apr\u00e8n a deixar anar el control.<\/strong><br>No pots amb tot, ni has de poder. Delegar o demanar ajuda no \u00e9s rendir-se, \u00e9s cuidar-te.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Revisa el teu di\u00e0leg intern.<\/strong><br>Si et parles amb duresa, si t\u2019exigeixes m\u00e9s del que exigiries a alg\u00fa que estimes, est\u00e0s contribuint al teu propi desgast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recupera petits espais de plaer i calma.<\/strong><br>Llegir, una dutxa sense pressa, gaudir del caf\u00e8 del mat\u00ed, desconnectar del m\u00f2bil, escoltar m\u00fasica\u2026 coses simples que donen oxigen a la ment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Envolta\u2019t de vincles i persones que et nodreixin.<\/strong><br>L\u2019esgotament s\u2019agreuja quan et sents sol. Busca persones i entorns que et facin sentir compr\u00e8s\/a, no jutjat\/da.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Busca acompanyament professional.<br><\/strong>A vegades, la ment necessita la mateixa atenci\u00f3 que el cos. Demanar ajuda psicol\u00f2gica no \u00e9s un signe de feblesa, sin\u00f3 de responsabilitat amb tu mateix.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El descans tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s fortalesa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019esgotament psicol\u00f2gic no desapareix ignorant-lo ni \u201cposant-hi m\u00e9s ganes\u201d.<br>Desapareix quan reconeixes que est\u00e0s cansat i et permets parar, sentir i cuidar-te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No ets menys v\u00e0lid per necessitar un respir.<br>No falles a ning\u00fa, i molt menys a tu mateix, per no poder amb tot.<br>El descans, l\u2019autocura i la vulnerabilitat tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n formes de <strong>valentia emocional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al nostre equip sabem que l\u2019esgotament emocional pot ser silenci\u00f3s, per\u00f2 no per aix\u00f2 menys real. Acompanyem persones que, com tu, senten que \u201cja no poden m\u00e9s\u201d, que viuen en autom\u00e0tic i busquen recuperar la calma, el sentit i l\u2019energia interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si et reconeixes en aquestes l\u00ednies, no est\u00e0s sol\/a.
