La preocupaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s mental universal que forma part de la vida i que, en moltes ocasions, pot resultar \u00fatil, ja que ens ajuda a anticipar problemes, a organitzar-nos i a preparar-nos per afrontar situacions dif\u00edcils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2, qu\u00e8 passa quan la preocupaci\u00f3 \u00e9s constant i ocupa gaireb\u00e9 tot el nostre temps? Quan ens genera malestar o no ens permet gaudir del dia a dia? En aquests casos, la preocupaci\u00f3 esdev\u00e9 excessiva i perd la seva utilitat; fins i tot pot arribar a ser patol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"que-es-la-preocupacio-normal\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la preocupaci\u00f3 normal?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La preocupaci\u00f3 normal es considera una resposta cognitiva habitual, natural i adaptativa davant d\u2019una situaci\u00f3 concreta que resulta incerta o potencialment problem\u00e0tica. Es tracta, per tant, d\u2019un pensament de naturalesa anticipat\u00f2ria amb una funci\u00f3 clara: ajudar-nos a preparar-nos per all\u00f2 que pot passar, planificar i resoldre problemes, sense generar un malestar significatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per exemple, \u00e9s habitual pensar en les despeses del mes i com gestionar-les si volem estalviar, planificar com afrontar una reuni\u00f3 important a la feina i repassar qu\u00e8 direm o, si fa uns dies que no ens trobem b\u00e9, plantejar-nos demanar cita al metge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest tipus de preocupaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 algunes caracter\u00edstiques clau:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T\u00e9 una causa identificable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9s temporal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La seva intensitat \u00e9s proporcional a la situaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permet continuar amb la vida quotidiana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disminueix o desapareix quan el problema es resol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest sentit, preocupar-se no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s normal, sin\u00f3 que pot ser \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quan-la-preocupacio-esdeve-excessiva\">Quan la preocupaci\u00f3 esdev\u00e9 excessiva?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La preocupaci\u00f3 excessiva \u00e9s diferent. Es tracta d\u2019un patr\u00f3 de pensament repetitiu, persistent, intens i dif\u00edcil de controlar. Sovint apareix encara que no hi hagi un perill real o es centra en problemes o amenaces futures de manera desproporcionada respecte a la situaci\u00f3, generant un malestar significatiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Continuant amb els exemples anteriors, una mostra de preocupaci\u00f3 excessiva podria ser pensar repetidament com estalviar per no quedar-se sense doblers i acabar vivint al carrer; repassar constantment una reuni\u00f3 per por de cometre errors i pensar que aix\u00f2 podria comportar un acomiadament; o interpretar un s\u00edmptoma com a senyal d\u2019una malaltia greu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les persones que la pateixen poden sentir que la seva ment no \u201catura\u201d, com si estiguessin constantment anticipant problemes. Alguns senyals d\u2019alerta que indiquen que la preocupaci\u00f3 \u00e9s excessiva s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preocupar-se per moltes coses alhora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantenir la preocupaci\u00f3 durant setmanes o mesos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenir dificultats per \u201cdesconnectar\u201d dels pensaments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preocupar-se fins i tot en moments de descans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentir un malestar emocional intens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notar que la preocupaci\u00f3 interfereix en la feina, la fam\u00edlia o les relacions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, sovint apareixen s\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics i emocionals com nerviosisme constant o sensaci\u00f3 d\u2019estar en alerta, tensi\u00f3 muscular (contractures o rigidesa), dificultat per adormir-se o despertars freq\u00fcents, problemes digestius, irritabilitat, cansament o sensaci\u00f3 de p\u00e8rdua de control. La preocupaci\u00f3 normal est\u00e0 vinculada a situacions concretes i es mant\u00e9 dins d\u2019uns l\u00edmits, mentre que la preocupaci\u00f3 excessiva tendeix a generalitzar-se, \u00e9s m\u00e9s intensa i es mant\u00e9 en el temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una manera senzilla de detectar-ho \u00e9s observar si la preocupaci\u00f3 deixa de ser \u00fatil i comen\u00e7a a condicionar el dia a dia, provocant malestar emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vols valorar-ho, pots respondre a aquestes preguntes.
