El que abans eren programes limitats a c\u00e0lculs o tasques repetitives, avui s\u00f3n sistemes capa\u00e7os de conversar, respondre amb empatia simulada i fins i tot acompanyar en moments de solitud.<br>&nbsp;En aquest nou panorama, comencen a sorgir preguntes inc\u00f2modes per\u00f2 necess\u00e0ries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot la IA convertir-se en una mena de terapeuta digital?<br>&nbsp;O m\u00e9s aviat es tracta d\u2019un miratge que confon companyia amb ajuda real?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resposta, com gaireb\u00e9 sempre, no \u00e9s tan simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"la-promesa-de-la-ia-en-salut-mental\">La promesa de la IA en salut mental<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00e9s casualitat que cada vegada m\u00e9s aplicacions ofereixin \u201cassistents emocionals\u201d o \u201cxatbots de ter\u00e0pia\u201d. L\u2019atractiu \u00e9s evident:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Disponibilitat immediata<\/strong><br>&nbsp;La IA no t\u00e9 horaris. \u00c9s all\u00e0 quan les emocions colpegen a les 3 de la matinada i no hi ha ning\u00fa m\u00e9s amb qui parlar. Aquesta immediatesa pot ser clau en situacions d\u2019angoixa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un espai lliure de judicis<\/strong><br>&nbsp;Moltes persones troben dif\u00edcil obrir-se amb un terapeuta hum\u00e0, per por de ser jutjades. Una IA, en canvi, ofereix un entorn on parlar sense filtres, amb la seguretat (aparent) que no hi haur\u00e0 una reacci\u00f3 inc\u00f2moda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accessibilitat i cost<\/strong><br>&nbsp;En molts pa\u00efsos, la ter\u00e0pia psicol\u00f2gica continua sent cara o limitada a poques persones. L\u2019empatia que transmet \u00e9s una il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 dissenyada amb llenguatge. I aix\u00f2, per a alg\u00fa en crisi, pot ser insuficient o fins i tot engany\u00f3s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risc de depend\u00e8ncia<\/strong><br>&nbsp;Utilitzar una IA com a substitut de la ter\u00e0pia professional pot generar la falsa sensaci\u00f3 d\u2019estar \u201cacompanyat\u201d. Qu\u00e8 passa amb la confidencialitat, un principi central en la psicologia?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"suport-o-autoengany\">Suport o autoengany?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La gran pregunta es si confiar en la IA com a terapeuta \u00e9s realment \u00fatil o si nom\u00e9s ens enganyem creient que estem en un proc\u00e9s de sanaci\u00f3.<br>&nbsp;La clau pot estar en com s\u2019utilitza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Com a eina de suport: pot ser un espai per desfogar-se, reflexionar o trobar alleujament momentani.
