La <strong>Ter\u00e0pia d\u2019Acceptaci\u00f3 i Comprom\u00eds <\/strong>(<strong>ACT<\/strong>, per les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s), desenvolupada dins les ter\u00e0pies de tercera generaci\u00f3, ofereix estrat\u00e8gies molt \u00fatils per acompanyar aquest proc\u00e9s. Diversos estudis assenyalen que integrar-ne els principis pot potenciar l\u2019<strong>envelliment actiu, millorar el benestar emocional i ajudar a mantenir la motivaci\u00f3 <\/strong>fins i tot quan apareixen limitacions f\u00edsiques o socials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"el-repte-de-lenvelliment-perdues-i-oportunitats\">El repte de l\u2019envelliment: p\u00e8rdues i oportunitats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A mesura que complim anys, ens enfrontem a canvis inevitables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u00e8rdua d\u2019<strong>agilitat f\u00edsica o de capacitats sensorials<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canvis en <strong>rols socials <\/strong>(jubilaci\u00f3, menor participaci\u00f3 laboral, vidu\u00eftat).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9s proximitat a la <strong>idea de finitud<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanmateix, l\u2019envelliment tamb\u00e9 obre oportunitats:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e9s temps <\/strong>per a les relacions, la fam\u00edlia i les aficions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibilitat de <strong>transmetre experi\u00e8ncies i aprenentatges <\/strong>a les noves generacions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Redescobriment <\/strong>de valors i prioritats vitals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El problema apareix quan lluitem constantment contra els aspectes negatius de l\u2019edat. Aquesta lluita interna genera <strong>estr\u00e8s, ansietat i sensaci\u00f3 d\u2019inutilitat<\/strong>. La clau \u00e9s canviar la manera de relacionar-nos amb aquests pensaments i emocions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"que-proposa-la-terapia-d-acceptacio-i-compromis\">Qu\u00e8 proposa la Ter\u00e0pia d\u2019Acceptaci\u00f3 i Comprom\u00eds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ACT no pret\u00e9n eliminar el malestar, sin\u00f3 ajudar a <strong>conviure-hi sense que dirigeixi la nostra vida<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2 es centra en tres pilars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acceptar <\/strong>les emocions, records i pensaments dolorosos, en lloc d\u2019evitar-los.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clarificar valors<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, identificar qu\u00e8 \u00e9s all\u00f2 realment important a la nostra vida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Actuar amb comprom\u00eds<\/strong>, fent passes petites i constants cap a aquests valors, encara que apareguin obstacles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La recerca en psicologia de l\u2019envelliment demostra que aquestes habilitats augmenten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>l\u2019anomenada <strong>flexibilitat psicol\u00f2gica<\/strong>, un recurs fonamental per mantenir la qualitat de vida a la tercera edat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"551\" height=\"367\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/terapia-per-acceptar-envelliment.jpg\" alt=\"Ter\u00e0pia per acceptar l'envelliment\" class=\"wp-image-6778\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/terapia-per-acceptar-envelliment.jpg 551w, https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/terapia-per-acceptar-envelliment-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 551px) 100vw, 551px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"estrategies-practiques-per-acceptar-lenvelliment\">Estrat\u00e8gies pr\u00e0ctiques per acceptar l\u2019envelliment:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acceptar sense rendir-se: <\/strong>Acceptar que l\u2019edat porta limitacions no implica enunciar a objectius saludables. Significa deixar de gastar energia en negar la realitat i dedicar-la al que s\u00ed podem canviar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Identificar valors: <\/strong>Pregunta\u2019t: \u201cQu\u00e8 dona sentit als meus dies?\u201d Pot ser cuidar els n\u00e9ts, cultivar l\u2019autonomia, gaudir de la natura o aprendre alguna cosa nova.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accions petites i sostenibles: <\/strong>Els canvis significatius no s\u2019aconsegueixen amb grans esfor\u00e7os puntuals, sin\u00f3 amb passes senzilles i repetides: caminar cada dia, practicar exercicis de mem\u00f2ria, trucar a un amic cada setmana, apuntar-se a un taller comunitari.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defusi\u00f3 cognitiva: <\/strong>Consisteix a observar els pensaments com el que s\u00f3n: paraules que apareixen a la ment, no veritats absolutes. Per exemple, en lloc de creure \u201cja no serveix per a res\u201d, podem dir \u201cestic tenint el pensament que ja no serveixo per a res\u201d. Aquesta dist\u00e0ncia en redueix l\u2019impacte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"exercici-practic-acceptar-valorar-actuar\">Exercici pr\u00e0ctic: ACCEPTAR, VALORAR, ACTUAR<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Et proposo una rutina breu (10\u201315 minuts) que pots realitzar di\u00e0riament o diverses vegades per setmana:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Respiraci\u00f3 conscient <\/strong>(2 minuts). Inspira comptant fins a 4, expira comptant fins a 6. Concentra\u2019t en l\u2019aire que entra i surt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Observar la mol\u00e8stia <\/strong>(1\u20132 minuts). Identifica una limitaci\u00f3 o pensament inc\u00f2mode (\u201cem fa mal el genoll\u201d, \u201cja no aprenc tan r\u00e0pid\u201d). Anomena-ho en veu baixa: \u201cpensament que em fa mal el genoll\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defusi\u00f3 <\/strong>(1 minut). Repeteix el pensament diverses vegades amb to de can\u00e7\u00f3 o amb una veu divertida. Percep com perd for\u00e7a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clarificar valors <\/strong>(2\u20133 minuts). Pregunta\u2019t: \u201cQu\u00e8 \u00e9s important per a mi en aquesta etapa?\u201dEscriu una resposta breu (exemple: autonomia, companyia, serenor).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comprom\u00eds amb una acci\u00f3 petita <\/strong>(4\u20135 minuts). Tria una acci\u00f3 senzilla que puguis fer avui o dem\u00e0 per acostar-te a aquest valor:<ol><li>Autonomia \u2192 preparar un \u00e0pat saludable.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Companyia \u2192 trucar a una persona estimada.<\/li><\/ol>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serenor \u2192 fer 5 minuts de meditaci\u00f3 guiada.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tancament <\/strong>(30 segons). Respira profundament i felicita\u2019t per haver fet un pas cap al teu benestar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"envelliment-actiu-i-sentit-de-vida\">Envelliment actiu i sentit de vida<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El concepte d\u2019<strong>envelliment actiu <\/strong>impulsat per l\u2019OMS va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la salut f\u00edsica: abasta la <strong>participaci\u00f3 social, la seguretat, l\u2019aprenentatge i l\u2019autonomia<\/strong>. L\u2019ACT es converteix en una aliada perfecta perqu\u00e8 ensenya a acceptar all\u00f2 inevitable i, alhora, a orientar la vida cap al que ens importa, mantenint la il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 de continuar creixent a qualsevol edat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si sents que acceptar els canvis de l\u2019edat et resulta dif\u00edcil, al nostre centre de psicologia podem acompanyar-te amb eines pr\u00e0ctiques i personalitzades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"conclusio\">Conclusi\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acceptar l\u2019envelliment no \u00e9s rendir-se, \u00e9s aprendre a caminar amb els canvis<\/strong>, sense que aquests ens apartin d\u2019una vida plena. L\u2019ACT ens recorda que sempre podem triar com respondre, que els valors continuen sent la br\u00faixola i que fins i tot una petita acci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria ens connecta amb all\u00f2 que dona
