Pot passar quan tens moltes tasques per fer o quan tens un desacord amb un amic, parella o familiar. Tamb\u00e9 pot ser quan els pensaments es tornen molt intensos i et sents aclaparat\/ada. \u00c9s un bloqueig que pesa i no et deixa veure amb claredat el cam\u00ed a seguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 pot acabar en deixar de fer les tasques, evitar un conflicte o engolir-lo i explotar despr\u00e9s amb les persones que m\u00e9s estimes, per la intensitat de les emocions. El dif\u00edcil \u00e9s visualitzar les sortides, entendre qu\u00e8 implica cadascuna i triar la que sigui m\u00e9s sana i adaptativa en aquell moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara para de visualitzar el que he escrit i recorda aquesta frase: <strong>\u201cbaby steps\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per exemple, imagina que tens una llista interminable de tasques per fer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ho sabem: a vegades la llista sembla que et vulgui devorar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sense m\u00e9s pre\u00e0mbuls, ves a aquesta llista (i si no la tens, apunta-la). \u00c9s molt important determinar l\u2019ordre de prioritat. Imaginem que hi ha cinc tasques priorit\u00e0ries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fer la compra.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enviar uns documents de la feina.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posar una rentadora.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canviar el aixeta de la cuina.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respondre dos missatges d\u2019amics.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e9: davant d\u2019aquesta llista, no cal que facis les cinc tasques. Pots ajustar encara m\u00e9s les prioritats. Per exemple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fer la compra<\/strong> \u2192 \u201cB\u00e9, tinc sobres del sopar d\u2019ahir. Hi puc anar dem\u00e0, que tinc un forat despr\u00e9s de l\u2019entrenament.\u201d \u2192 <strong>DEM\u00c0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Enviar els documents<\/strong> \u2192 \u201cOstres, el meu cap va dir que els necessita per a la presentaci\u00f3 de dem\u00e0. Alg\u00fa que jo em s\u00e9 ho far\u00e0 si no els envio.\u201d \u2192 <strong>AVUI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Posar la rentadora<\/strong> \u2192 \u201cAniria b\u00e9 tenir roba interior neta per dem\u00e0\u2026\u201d \u2192 <strong>AVUI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Canviar l\u2019aixeta<\/strong> \u2192 \u201cPotser l\u2019espatllo perqu\u00e8 no en tinc ni idea. B\u00e9, un amic del meu oncle \u00e9s lampista; de moment aquesta pot aguantar.\u201d \u2192 <strong>UN ALTRE DIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Respondre missatges<\/strong> \u2192 \u201cBuf, se\u2019m va oblidar respondre ahir. No passa res: em sembla que una alarma aix\u00ed tonteta a les 20h aniria perfecta. La llista es pot reorganitzar. Pot ser tan flexible i adaptable com necessitem, perqu\u00e8 repetim i recordem: <strong>\u201cbaby steps\u201d.<\/strong> I no nom\u00e9s la llista. Les \u201crotondes\u201d es gestionen amb microdecisions; amb aquests \u201cpassos de beb\u00e8\u201d. Passos petits per\u00f2 molt importants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 cal mencionar que aix\u00f2 no s\u00f3n totes les viv\u00e8ncies d\u2019una persona amb TDAH, sin\u00f3 nom\u00e9s un exemple. A vegades pot resultar complicat viure dins la seva ment, igual que passa en la de tothom, amb o sense neurodiverg\u00e8ncies. Aix\u00ed que, davant d\u2019aquests moments de \u201cp\u00e0nic\u201d, la narrativa \u00e9s important. No \u00e9s el mateix que a la teva emissora interior soni un \u201cJa hi tornes\u201d, que un \u201cB\u00e9\u00e9\u00e9, ha tornat sa majestat imperial\u201d. No passa res: rebem, repassem i reorganitzem. Si aquesta \u00faltima frase entrecomillada la pots acompanyar amb un somriure o una rialleta al final, perfecte. Sona diferent, eh?
