Per\u00f2 la realitat \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s complexa: hi intervenen factors gen\u00e8tics, biol\u00f2gics, emocionals, socials i culturals. Per aix\u00f2, el tractament tampoc no pot limitar-se nom\u00e9s a \u201cfer dieta\u201d o a \u201cfer m\u00e9s exercici\u201d. Necessita un enfocament integral i interdisciplinari on la psicologia t\u00e9 un paper fonamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cultura-de-la-dieta-i-gordofobia-el-context-social\">Cultura de la dieta i gordof\u00f2bia: el context social<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vivim en una societat que combina dues forces contradict\u00f2ries. Per una banda, \u00e9s obesog\u00e8nica: tenim a l\u2019abast tot tipus d\u2019aliments ultraprocessats, amb alt contingut en sucre i greixos, i un ritme de vida que convida al sedentarisme. Per altra banda, \u00e9s profundament gordof\u00f2bica: existeix una pressi\u00f3 social intensa per mantenir-nos prims, associant la primor amb bellesa i salut, i el sobrep\u00e8s amb deixadesa o manca de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest context genera un cercle vici\u00f3s. Moltes persones recorren a dietes restrictives per perdre pes, que a curt termini poden funcionar, per\u00f2 que a llarg termini solen fracassar i provocar l\u2019efecte yo-yo: recuperar els quilos perduts, sovint amb guany extra. Aix\u00f2 incrementa la frustraci\u00f3, redueix l\u2019autoestima i augmenta el risc de problemes psicol\u00f2gics associats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja vaig parlar d\u2019aix\u00f2 en un altre article sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/ca\/gordofobia-i-cultura-de-la-dieta\/\"><em>gordof\u00f2bia i cultura de la dieta<\/em><\/a>, on destacava com la societat crea el problema i alhora ven una falsa soluci\u00f3. La manera com ens relacionam amb el menjar, amb el nostre cos i amb les emocions influeix de manera decisiva. Aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on la psicologia pot fer la difer\u00e8ncia: el seu objectiu no \u00e9s \u00fanicament la p\u00e8rdua de pes, sin\u00f3 ajudar a establir una relaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s sana amb l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, amb el cos i amb un mateix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tractament m\u00e9s efectiu \u00e9s interdisciplinari, on metges, nutricionistes i psic\u00f2legs treballen conjuntament. El professional m\u00e8dic s\u2019encarrega de la salut f\u00edsica i de les possibles patologies associades; el nutricionista educa en h\u00e0bits alimentaris realistes i adaptats; i el psic\u00f2leg acompanya en la motivaci\u00f3, l\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 personal i el canvi d\u2019h\u00e0bits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ambits-de-la-intervencio-psicologica-a-lobesitat\">\u00c0mbits de la intervenci\u00f3 psicol\u00f2gica a l&#8217;obesitat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El treball psicol\u00f2gic amb persones amb sobrep\u00e8s o obesitat pot incloure diferents eixos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3 conductual i emocional:<\/strong> analitzar h\u00e0bits alimentaris, activitat f\u00edsica, relaci\u00f3 amb el cos, autoestima i emocions associades al menjar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reestructuraci\u00f3 cognitiva:<\/strong> identificar i q\u00fcestionar pensaments desadaptatius, com ara \u201csi no baixo de pes, he fracassat\u201d o \u201cnom\u00e9s tindr\u00e9 valor si estic prim\/a\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3 del menjar emocional:<\/strong> moltes persones mengen per regular emocions com ansietat, tristesa o avorriment. Posar-se com a fita \u201cbaixar X quilos\u201d sol acabar en frustraci\u00f3. En canvi, plantejar-se objectius d\u2019h\u00e0bits (caminar m\u00e9s cada setmana, menjar m\u00e9s fruita i verdura, reduir refrescos, millorar la qualitat del descans) t\u00e9 m\u00e9s possibilitats d\u2019\u00e8xit i repercuteix positivament en la salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A llarg termini, l\u2019\u00e8xit no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s el pes perdut, sin\u00f3 el manteniment d\u2019uns h\u00e0bits saludables, l\u2019augment de l\u2019energia i la millora de la qualitat de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mites-i-realitats-sobre-el-tractament-psicologic\">Mites i realitats sobre el tractament psicol\u00f2gic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u201cNom\u00e9s cal for\u00e7a de voluntat\u201d \u2192 Fals.<\/strong> El pes est\u00e0 influ\u00eft per molts factors, no nom\u00e9s la disciplina personal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cLes dietes sempre funcionen\u201d \u2192 Fals.<\/strong> A llarg termini, la majoria fracassen i generen l\u2019efecte yo-yo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cEl psic\u00f2leg nom\u00e9s escolta\u201d \u2192 Fals.<\/strong> El tractament inclou t\u00e8cniques concretes, estructurades i amb evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusions i recomanacions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sobrep\u00e8s i l\u2019obesitat s\u00f3n problemes complexos que requereixen una mirada integral. El component psicol\u00f2gic \u00e9s essencial per entendre i transformar la relaci\u00f3 amb el menjar, amb el cos i amb un mateix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demostrar-se paci\u00e8ncia, marcar-se objectius assolibles i cercar suport professional s\u00f3n passos fonamentals per avan\u00e7ar cap a una vida m\u00e9s saludable. El tractament psicol\u00f2gic no \u00e9s una \u201csoluci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida\u201d, per\u00f2 s\u00ed un cam\u00ed s\u00f2lid i respectu\u00f3s cap al benestar i la salut a llarg
