Has dit que aniries a dormir fa una hora, per\u00f2 encara est\u00e0s passant el dit per la pantalla. Not\u00edcies sobre crisi clim\u00e0tica, conflictes, inflaci\u00f3, pand\u00e8mies i caos pol\u00edtic passen davant els teus ulls. Sents ansietat, cansament&#8230; per\u00f2 no pots aturar. Benvingut\/da al <em>doomscrolling<\/em>, l&#8217;addicci\u00f3 silenciosa a les males not\u00edcies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avui, molts de noltros navegam sense descans per una mar de titulars alarmants que alimenten m\u00e9s el nostre estr\u00e8s que no el nostre enteniment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"que-es-el-doomscrolling\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el <em>doomscrolling<\/em>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El terme ve de la uni\u00f3 de les paraules <em>scrolling<\/em> (passar hores absort mirant publicacions) i <em>doom<\/em> (condemna). La persona que fa <em>doomscrolling<\/em> cau dins un bucle sense fi de consultar not\u00edcies impactants, exagerades o alarmistes. Alguns dels temes m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents solen ser sobre pol\u00edtica, canvi clim\u00e0tic, salut mundial o conflictes globals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguns exemples de not\u00edcies d\u2019aquest estil serien:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> \u201cEl canvi clim\u00e0tic s\u2019accelera: 2024 va ser s\u2019any m\u00e9s calor\u00f3s de la hist\u00f2ria\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cInseguretat en augment: les ciutats m\u00e9s perilloses del pa\u00eds en 2025\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cMilers d\u2019acomiadaments en el sector tecnol\u00f2gic: l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 digital en crisi\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cLa intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial fora de control, adverteixen experts\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"per-que-no-podem-aturar\">Per qu\u00e8 no podem aturar?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha diferents factors que alimenten el <em>doomscrolling<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disseny addictiu: les plataformes estan pensades perqu\u00e8 continuem enganxats. Les actualitzacions constants i la recompensa intermitent (de vegades hi ha qualque cosa realment rellevant) reforcen l\u2019h\u00e0bit. Els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/ca\/abus-i-addiccio-al-mobil-causes-i-consequencies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">m\u00f2bils generen addicci\u00f3<\/a> perqu\u00e8 ofereixen contingut de forma il\u00b7limitada.. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biaix de negativitat: les not\u00edcies negatives solen ser m\u00e9s virals i f\u00e0cils de recordar. Tenim tend\u00e8ncia a fixar-nos en all\u00f2 negatiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ansietat i cerca de certeses: Rafael Tabar\u00e9s, catedr\u00e0tic de Psiquiatria a la Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia, en una entrevista a <em>La Vanguardia<\/em> comenta que pensam que, a trav\u00e9s de la informaci\u00f3, podem controlar les pors i les incerteses, i per aix\u00f2 volem estar informats de tot a l\u2019instant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"limpacte-psicologic-del-doomscrolling\">L\u2019impacte psicol\u00f2gic del <em>doomscrolling<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La sobreexposici\u00f3 a informaci\u00f3 catastr\u00f2fica t\u00e9 un gran impacte en la nostra salut mental. El cervell t\u00e9 un sistema d\u2019alarma que ens prepara davant un perill possible, per\u00f2 quan est\u00e0 en alerta constant, aquest sistema s\u2019estimula massa. Aix\u00f2 provoca ansietat, preocupaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, pensaments intrusius i dificultat per relaxar-se. A m\u00e9s, si feim <em>doomscrolling<\/em> abans d\u2019anar a dormir, activam el sistema nervi\u00f3s simp\u00e0tic i aix\u00f2 fa que ens costi agafar la son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 pot passar que ens desconnectem emocionalment i ens costi empatitzar amb tot el patiment que veim. Saber que no podem fer res per millorar o evitar les situacions que llegim fa cr\u00e9ixer l\u2019ansietat i ens crea incertesa, donant la sensaci\u00f3 que el m\u00f3n \u00e9s un lloc incontrolable i hostil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2 fa que baixi la nostra satisfacci\u00f3 amb la vida i la sensaci\u00f3 de benestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si et trobes en aquesta situaci\u00f3, no dubtis a demanar ajuda. Des de la psicologia cognitivoconductual se\u2019t donaran pautes i recursos per reduir el consum i gestionar els s\u00edmptomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"com-ho-podem-evitar\">Com ho podem evitar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com passa amb altres problemes relacionats amb l\u2019\u00fas excessiu de contingut digital, la clau \u00e9s posar l\u00edmits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marca\u2019t un horari o un temps m\u00e0xim per mirar not\u00edcies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tria fonts fiables i evita exposar-te massa a les xarxes socials per informar-te.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practica un \u201c<em>scroll conscient<\/em>\u201d: atura\u2019t de tant en tant i demana\u2019t: <em>aix\u00f2 m\u2019aporta res o em desgasta?<\/em> No cerquis not\u00edcies de manera compulsiva quan tenguis por o angoixa, sobretot si s\u00f3n temes que no pots controlar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cerca tamb\u00e9 all\u00f2 positiu: hi ha canals que conten bones not\u00edcies, aven\u00e7os cient\u00edfics o solucions. Recorda que les xarxes socials funcionen amb algoritmes; si mires contingut positiu, veur\u00e0s manco not\u00edcies negatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La informaci\u00f3 \u00e9s poder i tenir acc\u00e9s a all\u00f2 que passa al m\u00f3n ens ajuda a entendre millor el nostre entorn.
