Aquest fenomen pot variar en intensitat i pot ser un signe de patiment emocional greu. La ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida no sempre implica una intenci\u00f3 activa de su\u00efcidar-se, per\u00f2 \u00e9s un indicador que la persona est\u00e0 passant per un estat emocional molt cr\u00edtic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen dues formes principals d\u2019ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida: passiva i activa. La ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida passiva implica pensaments de desitjar estar mort o sentir que la vida ja no t\u00e9 sentit, per\u00f2 sense una planificaci\u00f3 clara per portar-la a terme. Les persones amb ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida passiva poden expressar frases com &#8220;M&#8217;agradaria que tot acab\u00e9s&#8221; o &#8220;Ojal\u00e0 pogu\u00e9s desapar\u00e8ixer&#8221;, sense que necess\u00e0riament busquin mitjans concrets per executar el su\u00efcidi.<br><br>D\u2019altra banda, la ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida activa fa refer\u00e8ncia a pensaments m\u00e9s concrets i planificats, on la persona considera portar a terme l\u2019acte su\u00efcida. En aquest cas, la persona no nom\u00e9s desitja morir, sin\u00f3 que pot estar pensant en com fer-ho, i podria haver elaborat un pla per portar-ho a terme. La ideaci\u00f3 activa sol ser molt m\u00e9s perillosa, ja que indica un major nivell de desesperaci\u00f3 i risc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00edmptomes per identificar-la<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Identificar la ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida \u00e9s crucial per oferir el suport adequat a la persona en risc. Els s\u00edmptomes no sempre s\u00f3n evidents, per\u00f2 alguns dels m\u00e9s comuns inclouen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Canvis en el comportament:<\/strong> La persona pot tornar-se m\u00e9s retra\u00efda, evitar activitats que abans gaudia, o mostrar desinter\u00e8s per la vida quotidiana. Tamb\u00e9 pot haver-hi una manca de preocupaci\u00f3 per la higiene personal o l\u2019aparen\u00e7a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parlar sobre la mort o el su\u00efcidi:<\/strong> Les persones que tenen pensaments su\u00efcides sovint mencionen la mort de manera indirecta, per exemple, &#8220;Ja no vull continuar vivint&#8221; o &#8220;Seria m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil si ja no hi fos&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sentiments de desesperan\u00e7a:<\/strong> Un sentiment persistent que no hi ha sortida als problemes, o que la vida no t\u00e9 sentit, \u00e9s un fort indicatiu de ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\u00efllament social:<\/strong> Les persones amb ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida poden allunyar-se dels seus amics, familiars i altres \u00e9ssers estimats, evitant les interaccions socials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Canvis d\u2019humor sobtats:<\/strong> Pot haver-hi un canvi dr\u00e0stic entre estats d\u2019\u00e0nim, passant de tristesa profunda a una calma inexplicable, la qual cosa pot indicar una presa de decisions imminent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s fonamental prestar atenci\u00f3 a aquests senyals i actuar amb sensibilitat i comprensi\u00f3 per evitar conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies tr\u00e0giques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motius psicol\u00f2gics i diagn\u00f2stic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida pot tenir diverses causes psicol\u00f2giques, algunes de les quals s\u00f3n el resultat de condicions preexistents i factors de la vida personal. Les causes m\u00e9s comunes inclouen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Depressi\u00f3 major:<\/strong> La depressi\u00f3 \u00e9s un dels trastorns psicol\u00f2gics m\u00e9s associats amb la ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida. Les persones que pateixen de depressi\u00f3 greu experimenten una profunda tristesa i desesperan\u00e7a, la qual cosa pot portar a pensar que la mort \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanica sortida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trastorns d\u2019ansietat:<\/strong> L\u2019ansietat constant i les preocupacions aclaparadores poden contribuir a la ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida, especialment quan la persona se sent incapa\u00e7 de fer front a la seva angoixa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trastorns de la personalitat:<\/strong> Alguns trastorns de personalitat, com el trastorn l\u00edmit de la personalitat (TLP), poden estar associats amb pensaments su\u00efcides, especialment en moments d\u2019estr\u00e8s o conflicte emocional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Esdeveniments traum\u00e0tics o estressants:<\/strong> La p\u00e8rdua d\u2019un \u00e9ssers estimat, l\u2019ab\u00fas emocional o f\u00edsic, el divorci o la p\u00e8rdua de feina poden desencadenar la ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida en persones que ja estan vulnerables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Factors gen\u00e8tics i neurobiol\u00f2gics:<\/strong> La predisposici\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica, combinada amb certs desequilibris qu\u00edmics al cervell, tamb\u00e9 pot jugar un paper en el desenvolupament de la ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La detecci\u00f3 de la ideaci\u00f3 su\u00efcida generalment es realitza a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una avaluaci\u00f3 cl\u00ednica per part d\u2019un professional de la salut mental. Aquest realitza una s\u00e8rie de preguntes detallades sobre els pensaments, emocions i comportaments del pacient.
