Recentment s\u00f3n molts els llibres, divulgadors i publicacions que parlen del tema.<br>Sovint es tracta la manifestaci\u00f3 des d&#8217;una vessant m\u00e9s espiritual, regida per la Llei de l&#8217;Atracci\u00f3, segons la qual poses intenci\u00f3 i demanes a l&#8217;univers all\u00f2 que desitges. Aquesta pr\u00e0ctica promet ajudar les persones a aconseguir tot el que es proposin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 primer&#8230; aclarim conceptes: qu\u00e8 \u00e9s manifestar i com es fa?<br>Manifestar consisteix a enfocar la nostra intenci\u00f3, energia i creences per atraure all\u00f2 que desitjam. La idea principal \u00e9s que els nostres pensaments i emocions tenen el poder d&#8217;influir en la nostra realitat. Quan alineam les nostres accions i vibracions amb els nostres desitjos, podem fer que aquests es materialitzin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons la Llei de l&#8217;Atracci\u00f3, els pensaments i energies atreuen experi\u00e8ncies semblants. Per tant, si vols atraure coses positives a la teva vida, la teva actitud ha d&#8217;anar en conson\u00e0ncia. Si creus que no pots o que \u00e9s impossible, mai ho aconseguir\u00e0s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Els principis b\u00e0sics serien els seg\u00fcents:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Claredat d&#8217;intenci\u00f3: Saber exactament qu\u00e8 vols atraure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visualitzaci\u00f3: Imaginar all\u00f2 que desitges, com si ja fos part de la teva realitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfocament en el positiu: Gratitud, alegria i entusiasme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creences alineades: Superar dubtes o creences limitadores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acci\u00f3 inspirada: Passes concretes que t&#8217;acostin al teu objectiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paci\u00e8ncia i desafecci\u00f3: Confiar que el proc\u00e9s funcionar\u00e0 sense obsessionar-te.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, la manifestaci\u00f3 no t\u00e9 una base cient\u00edfica, sobretot si la concebem de manera simple; per\u00f2 s\u00ed que cont\u00e9 elements que es poden interpretar des de la perspectiva psicol\u00f2gica, permetent-nos integrar aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques en el nostre dia a dia, ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7os i acostar-nos als nostres objectius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La manifestaci\u00f3 des de la psicologia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que sigui amb altres paraules, la manifestaci\u00f3 posa sobre la taula molts conceptes treballats amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia a consulta.<br>Podem entendre la manifestaci\u00f3 com un proc\u00e9s en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;estableixen objectius i, mitjan\u00e7ant un pensament sa, positiu i empoderador, ens dirigim cap a les nostres metes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aconseguir-ho \u00e9s necessari:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Establir metes: Han de ser clares, espec\u00edfiques i assolibles. D&#8217;aquesta manera augmenta la motivaci\u00f3. Tenir clar qu\u00e8 volem ens permetr\u00e0 definir els passos a seguir i enfocar-nos-hi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Segons el model SMART, la forma d&#8217;establir metes ha de tenir en compte els criteris seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">S (Espec\u00edfiques)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">M (Mesurables)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">A (Assolibles)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">R (Rellevants)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T (Amb un temps definit)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Visualitzaci\u00f3 positiva: Imaginar un resultat desitjat de manera v\u00edvida activa \u00e0rees del cervell similars a les que s&#8217;activen quan realment ho experimentes. Aix\u00f2 refor\u00e7a la creen\u00e7a en la nostra capacitat per aconseguir-ho. Imagina amb luxe de detalls com seria assolir les teves metes. Generar\u00e0s un estat mental positiu i et motivar\u00e0s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Autoefic\u00e0cia: \u00c9s a dir, la creen\u00e7a en la nostra capacitat per assolir un objectiu. Una alta autoefic\u00e0cia est\u00e0 associada amb m\u00e9s persist\u00e8ncia i resili\u00e8ncia davant els inconvenients o problemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Reestructuraci\u00f3 cognitiva: T\u00e8cnica utilitzada en la ter\u00e0pia cognitiva-conductual que consisteix a identificar pensaments irracionals (creences limitadores) i aprendre a q\u00fcestionar-los per tenir un pensament m\u00e9s racional i constructiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Acci\u00f3 dirigida cap a les metes: No n&#8217;hi ha prou amb pensar; cal posar-ho en pr\u00e0ctica i actuar dirigint-nos cap al que volem.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Gesti\u00f3 emocional i resili\u00e8ncia: La capacitat de gestionar la frustraci\u00f3 i mantenir el focus \u00e9s crucial. Aquesta realitat forma part de la condici\u00f3 humana, i hem de comprendre que no sempre \u00e9s possible obtenir el resultat desitjat. No obstant aix\u00f2, les pr\u00e0ctiques aqu\u00ed descrites compten amb suport emp\u00edric que avala la seva efic\u00e0cia.
