L\u2019\u00fas d\u2019aparells electr\u00f2nics ens dona un acc\u00e9s il\u00b7limitat a contingut pornogr\u00e0fic i la possibilitat de visualitzar-lo en qualsevol lloc i moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 implica que cada vegada hi ha menys filtres per consumir aquest tipus de contingut, i que tenim una menor necessitat d\u2019autogestionar les ganes de consumir-lo. Ja no cal esperar a arribar a casa, tenir un moment de completa intimitat, ni esperar que es carregui la p\u00e0gina o es publiqui una nova imatge o fotografia per consumir-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons el DSM-5, tot i que no inclou l\u2019addicci\u00f3 a la pornografia, els criteris relacionats amb la p\u00e8rdua de control d\u2019impulsos o les addiccions no relacionades amb subst\u00e0ncies serien:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u00e8rdua de control: Consum durant molta estona o m\u00e9s del que s\u2019havia planificat, amb dificultat per reduir o aturar el consum quan s\u2019intenta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Impacte negatiu en la vida: Aix\u00f2 pot incloure absentisme laboral, a\u00efllament social, reducci\u00f3 del rendiment, problemes econ\u00f2mics o legals relacionats amb el consum, consum en contextos inadequats, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Persist\u00e8ncia en el consum tot i ser conscient de les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00das com a forma de regulaci\u00f3 emocional: El consum es relaciona amb gestionar emocions com l\u2019estr\u00e8s, la soledat, l\u2019avorriment, l\u2019ansietat, etc.; o b\u00e9 com a &#8220;premi&#8221; davant sentiments d\u2019euf\u00f2ria o alegria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toler\u00e0ncia i escalada: P\u00e8rdua \u201cd\u2019excitaci\u00f3&#8221; amb el contingut consumit, per la qual cosa cada vegada es dedica m\u00e9s temps a cercar contingut que provoqui excitaci\u00f3, i aquest es torna m\u00e9s extrem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00edmptomes d\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia: Ansietat, depressi\u00f3, inquietud o irritabilitat quan es redueix el consum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ab\u00fas o addicci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha moltes persones que, tot i no tenir una addicci\u00f3, s\u00ed que tenen problemes d\u2019ab\u00fas. La l\u00ednia entre ab\u00fas i addicci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt fina, i per tant, \u00e9s relativament f\u00e0cil passar d\u2019un a l\u2019altre. Com qualsevol altra addicci\u00f3, aquesta no apareix d\u2019un dia per l\u2019altre, sin\u00f3 que es produeix una progressi\u00f3 amb una depend\u00e8ncia creixent del consum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un ab\u00fas \u00e9s un \u00fas problem\u00e0tic (ja que la persona s\u2019exposa a riscs i causa danys a la seva vida), per la qual cosa es poden presentar alguns dels criteris descrits anteriorment, per\u00f2 hi ha un cert nivell de control. Vegem les m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Alimenta molts <strong><u>mites i estigmes<\/u><\/strong> sobre la sexualitat que no nom\u00e9s no afavoreixen trobades gratificants, sin\u00f3 que promouen <strong><u>conductes abusives i poc enfocades en el plaer femen\u00ed<\/u><\/strong>. Alguns exemples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Cal tenir un penis de gran tamany per poder donar plaer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 La dona est\u00e0 excitada i ben lubricada de seguida (<strong><u>disponibilitat constant<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 El normal en una trobada sexual \u00e9s la penetraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 La dona sempre gaudeix del sexe anal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong><u>Plaer autom\u00e0tic<\/u><\/strong> (qualsevol pr\u00e0ctica o contacte fa disfrutar al moment per a tothom per igual).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Com m\u00e9s fort, millor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u201cNo\u201d significa \u201cs\u00ed\u201d (<strong><u>Normalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019agressi\u00f3<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Aparen\u00e7a f\u00edsica (Cossos poc realistes i expectatives socials de depilaci\u00f3, maquillatge o pentinat intactes, poc suor, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Orgasme bastant r\u00e0pid i generalitzat en la dona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Sexe sense protecci\u00f3 (<strong><u>abs\u00e8ncia de conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies<\/u><\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Besades i car\u00edcies els justos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 L\u2019home com a dominant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Zero comunicaci\u00f3 i zero consentiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Sempre s\u00faper apassionat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En els nostres blogs sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/ca\/preguntes-frequents-i-mites-sobre-el-penis-des-de-la-sexologia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mites sobre el penis<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/ca\/mites-sobre-sexualitat\/\">mites sobre sexualitat<\/a> trobar\u00e0s desmitificades moltes d\u2019aquestes creences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pornografia \u00e9s ficci\u00f3. I tot i que es pot tenir un vincle nom\u00e9s f\u00edsic, per a moltes persones la intimitat i la connexi\u00f3 s\u00f3n essencials en la seva sexualitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exposici\u00f3 visual constant acaba creant habituaci\u00f3, de manera que cada vegada el contingut ens satisf\u00e0 menys i costa m\u00e9s trobar quelcom prou excitant. Aix\u00f2 es tradueix en visualitzacions cada vegada m\u00e9s llargues, potser fins a hores, o en el consum de pr\u00e0ctiques cada vegada m\u00e9s extremes. \u00c9s a dir, hi ha una <strong><u>p\u00e8rdua en la capacitat d\u2019excitaci\u00f3<\/u><\/strong>. A l\u2019hora de tenir relacions sexuals aix\u00f2 pot suposar problemes com la <strong><u>dificultat per aconseguir l\u2019orgasme i per mantenir-se excitat<\/u><\/strong> (problemes d\u2019erecci\u00f3, sequedat vaginal, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fruit de la p\u00e8rdua d\u2019excitaci\u00f3 i de no trobar les relacions sexuals gratificants, es perd inter\u00e8s per les relacions reals i es pot acabar <strong><u>evitant completament qualsevol altre tipus d\u2019interacci\u00f3 sexual<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment, si aquest ab\u00fas es perpetua, pot convertir-se en una addicci\u00f3 i provocar la <strong><u>p\u00e8rdua d\u2019inter\u00e8s en altres \u00e0rees de la vida<\/u><\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 genera un sentiment de p\u00e8rdua de control i una tend\u00e8ncia a l\u2019<strong><u>a\u00efllament social<\/u><\/strong>, que deriva en<strong><u> problemes emocionals o de salut mental<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Com deixar de veure pornografia?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En funci\u00f3 de la gravetat del cas, el proc\u00e9s ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil o m\u00e9s complex.
