{"id":2708,"date":"2024-08-12T09:07:50","date_gmt":"2024-08-12T09:07:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psicomallorca0877.live-website.com\/ansietat-per-separacio-en-adults\/"},"modified":"2025-08-13T10:33:26","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T10:33:26","slug":"ansietat-per-separacio-en-adults","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/ca\/ansietat-per-separacio-en-adults\/","title":{"rendered":"Ansietat per separaci\u00f3 en adults"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;ansietat per separaci\u00f3 en adults?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&#8217;ansietat per separaci\u00f3 en adults (ASAD, per les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s) es manifesta per una por intensa i persistent a separar-se d&#8217;una persona significativa<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 generalment temen que els pugui passar alguna cosa dolenta a ells mateixos o a la persona significativa si estan separats. Aquesta problem\u00e0tica pot interferir greument amb la capacitat de l&#8217;individu per funcionar en la seva vida di\u00e0ria, afectant la seva feina, relacions i benestar general. Tot i que \u00e9s m\u00e9s freq\u00fcentment observada en nens, tamb\u00e9 pot presentar-se en adults, manifestant-se certes difer\u00e8ncies degudes a la major complexitat de les relacions i les responsabilitats. En nens, l&#8217;ansietat per separaci\u00f3 sol ser cap als cuidadors principals, mentre que, en els adults, l&#8217;ansietat pot ser desencadenada per l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia o separaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un c\u00f2njuge, un fill, un amic proper o qualsevol altra figura significativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00edmptomes m\u00e9s comuns d&#8217;ansietat per separaci\u00f3 en adults<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes que presenta una persona amb ASAD s\u00f3n variats i poden afectar significativament la seva vida. Alguns dels m\u00e9s comuns inclouen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Malestar i sentiments intensos d&#8217;angoixa a l&#8217;anticipar o experimentar la separaci\u00f3 de la persona o persones a les quals s&#8217;est\u00e0 aferrat.<\/li><li>Por desmesurada que alguna cosa dolenta li passi a la persona significativa, generant-se una preocupaci\u00f3 constant que ocorri un accident o algun esdeveniment desafortunat que els separi.<\/li><li>Temor a estar sol o a ser independent.<\/li><li>Resist\u00e8ncia a separar-se, negant-se a deixar la persona significativa i mostrant una gran dificultat per enfrontar la separaci\u00f3.<\/li><li>Evitar dur a terme activitats di\u00e0ries per por a la separaci\u00f3, com sortir a treballar o estudiar.<\/li><li>S\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics, com mals de cap, n\u00e0usees o mol\u00e8sties gastrointestinals durant la separaci\u00f3.<\/li><li>Dificultat per conciliar el son i malsons recurrents sobre la separaci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quan i per qu\u00e8 es produeix l&#8217;ansietat per separaci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest trastorn ha estat considerat t\u00edpicament com un trastorn que s&#8217;inicia en la infantesa o l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia, tal com indicava el Manual Diagn\u00f2stic i Estad\u00edstic dels Trastorns Mentals (DSM-IV-TR) que nom\u00e9s permetia diagnosticar-lo si s&#8217;havia iniciat abans dels 18 anys i s&#8217;inclo\u00efa dins del grup de trastorns d&#8217;inici en la infantesa o adolesc\u00e8ncia. Aix\u00f2 ha generat que sigui un trastorn poc reconegut i infradiagnosticat en adults. Tot i aix\u00ed, estudis epidemiol\u00f2gics m\u00e9s actuals han demostrat que prop d&#8217;un 6% dels adults experimenten aquest problema, i molts desenvolupen els s\u00edmptomes despr\u00e9s dels 18 anys. Per tant, pot haver-se iniciat en la infantesa o l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia i persistir fins a l&#8217;edat adulta, o haver-se iniciat en l&#8217;edat adulta sense que hi hagi indicis d&#8217;haver patit el trastorn en altres etapes pr\u00e8vies. En l&#8217;\u00faltima edici\u00f3 (DSM-5), aquest l\u00edmit d&#8217;edat es va eliminar i el trastorn s&#8217;inclou actualment dins d&#8217;una categoria m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia de trastorns d&#8217;ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En algunes ocasions, un ASAD pot oc\u00f3rrer despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una situaci\u00f3 estressant o traum\u00e0tica en la vida d&#8217;una persona, generalment relacionada amb una p\u00e8rdua (mort d&#8217;un \u00e9sser estimat, una ruptura de parella, un canvi de resid\u00e8ncia, etc.). Haver patit adversitats en la infantesa, com la p\u00e8rdua d&#8217;alg\u00fa estimat, ab\u00fas o neglig\u00e8ncia, poden augmentar la vulnerabilitat a patir aquest trastorn. Per\u00f2 no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s el context el que influeix, ja que tamb\u00e9 hi ha diferents factors personals que es consideren de risc per a l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 d&#8217;un ASAD, com per exemple tenir una baixa toler\u00e0ncia a la incertesa, tenir una alta sensibilitat a l&#8217;ansietat, posseir un estil d&#8217;aferrament ansi\u00f3s i la pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;altres trastorns mentals, especialment altres trastorns d&#8217;ansietat o de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/com-superar-ansietat-per-separacio.jpg\" alt=\"Com superar l'ansietat per separaci\u00f3 en adults? \" class=\"wp-image-3674\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Com superar-la?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tractar l&#8217;ansietat per separaci\u00f3, primer s&#8217;ha de dur a terme una bona avaluaci\u00f3 de la persona i del seu context. Cada cas \u00e9s \u00fanic i, per tant, la seva intervenci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 ha de ser-ho. A continuaci\u00f3, s&#8217;exposen algunes de les estrat\u00e8gies generals m\u00e9s eficaces per al tractament d&#8217;aquesta problem\u00e0tica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aprendre sobre el trastorn d&#8217;ansietat per separaci\u00f3 i com funciona. Aix\u00f2 pot ajudar a desenvolupar una major consci\u00e8ncia sobre el problema, aix\u00ed com una major empatia i comprensi\u00f3 cap a un mateix.<\/li><li>Aprendre a identificar aquells pensaments que generen o intensifiquen la por a la separaci\u00f3, i modificar-los per altres m\u00e9s funcionals i ajustats a la realitat.<\/li><li>Exposar-se gradualment a les situacions temudes relacionades amb la separaci\u00f3 en un ambient controlat perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;ansietat es vagi reduint progressivament.<\/li><li>Aprendre estrat\u00e8gies i realitzar pr\u00e0ctiques que ajudin a gestionar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat, com la respiraci\u00f3 diafragm\u00e0tica, la relaxaci\u00f3 muscular progressiva o el mindfulness.<\/li><li>Fomentar una xarxa de suport social s\u00f2lid per a la persona, que inclogui m\u00e9s persones a part de la persona de la qual tem separar-se. En molts casos ser\u00e0 important comptar amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de les persones significatives perqu\u00e8 no reforcin sense voler els comportaments que la persona amb ASAD fa i que contribueixen al fet que es mantingui la por a separar-se.<\/li><li>En alguns casos, especialment en casos severs, es pot considerar l&#8217;\u00fas de psicof\u00e0rmacs en combinaci\u00f3 amb la ter\u00e0pia psicol\u00f2gica per ajudar a gestionar els s\u00edmptomes.<\/li><li>En el cas que hi hagi altres problemes que acompanyin l&#8217;ASAD, com altres trastorns d&#8217;ansietat, tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de treballar sobre ells perqu\u00e8 interfereixin el m\u00ednim possible en l&#8217;ansietat per separaci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El trastorn d&#8217;ansietat per separaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un problema que pot generar molt de malestar i arribar a ser molt limitant.
