No obstant aix\u00f2, malgrat la creixent obertura cap a la ter\u00e0pia psicol\u00f2gica, persisteixen nombrosos mites i prejudicis que envolten el camp de la salut mental. Encara que acudir al psic\u00f2leg ja no est\u00e0 igual de mal vist com fa uns anys, continuen existint moltes creences negatives en relaci\u00f3 al proc\u00e9s de ter\u00e0pia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgrat innombrables beneficis d&#8217;anar a ter\u00e0pia, aquests mites i prejudicis arrelats a la societat i alimentats per la desinformaci\u00f3 poden obstaculitzar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 psicol\u00f2gica necess\u00e0ria i perpetuen estigmes injustos entorn de la salut mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ter\u00e0pia, \u00e9s bastant freq\u00fcent sentir que algun pacient comenta a la primera visita: \u201cHauria d&#8217;haver vingut fa molts anys\u201d, per\u00f2 poden admetre que abans d&#8217;atrevir-se a venir a consulta o comentar el seu problema i obrir-se, han preferit intentar-ho \u201ctot\u201d abans de venir a ter\u00e0pia o \u201csolucionar-ho pels seus mitjans insistentment\u201d abans que demanar ajuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest blog d&#8217;avui, revisarem els mites m\u00e9s comuns, des del fet que buscar ajuda psicol\u00f2gica \u00e9s un signe de feblesa, fins al &nbsp;mite que anar al psic\u00f2leg \u00e9s per a persones que estan malament del cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quins s\u00f3n els mites d&#8217;iniciar ter\u00e0pia psicol\u00f2gica?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mite 1: Nom\u00e9s els &#8220;bojos&#8221; o febles van a ter\u00e0pia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dels mites m\u00e9s arrelats i perjudicials \u00e9s pensar que la ter\u00e0pia nom\u00e9s \u00e9s per a persones amb trastorns mentals greus. Els psic\u00f2legs sanitaris estudiem i ens formem a comprendre la ment i conducta humana de manera profunda, per a poder oferir eines i t\u00e8cniques \u00fatils per a solucionar problemes empatitzant amb el pacient i entenent el cas i les seves necessitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Realitats de l&#8217;efecte de la ter\u00e0pia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Foment del creixement personal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En explorar els seus pensaments, sentiments i comportaments, les persones poden descobrir noves perspectives, fortaleses i recursos interns que les ajudin a cr\u00e9ixer i evolucionar com a individus. En definitiva, con\u00e8ixer-me i recon\u00e8ixer les meves emocions per a entendre i guiar la meva vida cap als meus objectius vitals i valors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En resum, \u00e9s important desafiar els falsos mites de la psicologia i recon\u00e8ixer la ter\u00e0pia com una eina valuosa per a promoure la salut mental i el benestar emocional.
