No obstant aix\u00f2, no totes les vegades que sentim gana s\u00f3n degudes a aquesta necessitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l&#8217;actualitat, es fa refer\u00e8ncia dos tipus de gana: la gana real i la gana emocional. Aprendre a distingir entre ambd\u00f3s tipus de gana \u00e9s fonamental per tal de desenvolupar una relaci\u00f3 saludable amb el menjar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n la gana real i la gana emocional?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La gana real fa refer\u00e8ncia al que denominem \u201cgana f\u00edsica\u201d i es correspon precisament amb la resposta fisiol\u00f2gica que emet el nostre cervell quan necessita energia amb l\u2019objectiu de &nbsp;funcionar correctament. Els signes i s\u00edmptomes caracter\u00edstics de la gana real s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sensaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica:<\/strong> la gana real s&#8217;origina en el cos manifestant-se com una sensaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica en l&#8217;est\u00f3mac. Pot sentir-se com a sensaci\u00f3 de buit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>S\u00edmptomes corporals:<\/strong> \u00e9s habitual sentir feblesa, marejos o fatiga, ja que el cos est\u00e0 esgotant les seves reserves d&#8217;energia.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Qualsevol aliment \u00e9s acceptable:<\/strong> quan se sent gana real, s&#8217;est\u00e0 disposat a menjar gran varietat d&#8217;aliments, sense tenir prefer\u00e8ncia per un grup d\u2019aliments en espec\u00edfic.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sacietat:<\/strong> la sensaci\u00f3 de gana desapareix havent dinat i \u00e9s reempla\u00e7ada per una sensaci\u00f3 de satisfacci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La gana emocional, d&#8217;altra banda, no respon a les necessitats fisiol\u00f2giques del cos. En realitat, es tracta d&#8217;una resposta a les emocions que sentim i al nostre estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim. Alguns s\u00edmptomes comuns de la denominada gana emocional inclouen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Desig d&#8217;aliments espec\u00edfics<\/strong>: la gana emocional tendeix a ser selectiva i generalment es busquen aliments reconfortants (comfort foods) rics en sucre i refinats, com a gelat, xocolata o patates fregides.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Desencadenants emocionals<\/strong>: la gana emocional sol estar relacionada amb emocions negatives, com l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, la tristesa, l&#8217;ansietat o l&#8217;avorriment. De fet, la conducta de menjar es duu a terme com a estrat\u00e8gia d&#8217;evitaci\u00f3 enfront d&#8217;aquestes emocions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>P\u00e8rdua de control (afartaments) i culpabilitat<\/strong>: quan s&#8217;experimenta gana emocional, se sol menjar en exc\u00e9s, fins i tot en abs\u00e8ncia de gana f\u00edsica real. Apr\u00e8n a manejar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i les emocions de manera efectiva.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Aprendre sobre alimentaci\u00f3 conscient (mindful eating):<\/strong> la pr\u00e0ctica de menjar amb atenci\u00f3 plena \u00e9s fonamental.
