En aquesta entrada t&#8217;expliquem quins factors contribueixen a aconseguir una vida sexual sana, i quins beneficis et pot aportar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una vida sexual sana?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De manera simple, una vida sexual sana consisteix a tenir benestar f\u00edsic, psicol\u00f2gic, emocional i social entorn a com percebem i vivim la nostra sexualitat. Aix\u00f2 significa, per exemple, poder prendre decisions sobre el nostre cos de manera lliure i informada. Entre aquests es troben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Millora de la salut mental: viure en sintonia amb nosaltres mateixos pot ser un factor rellevant per a no tenir problemes d&#8217;ansietat, depressi\u00f3 i altres dificultats.<\/li><li>Millora de les relacions sexuals: inevitablement, tenir una vida sexual sana implicar\u00e0 que les nostres relacions sexuals siguin millors, que ens atrevim a innovar, que ens deixem portar m\u00e9s\u2026 En definitiva, que puguem sentir m\u00e9s plaer.<\/li><li>Millora de l&#8217;autoestima, en sentir-nos en sintonia amb el nostre cos.<\/li><li>Millora de la relaci\u00f3 amb la parella<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com tenir una vida sexual sana?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Salut f\u00edsica: decidir de manera lliure quin m\u00e8tode anticonceptiu utilitzar perqu\u00e8 no ocorrin embarassos no desitjats ni puguem contreure cap ETS, \u00e9s una part important d&#8217;una sexualitat sana. El coneixement sexual no sols es tracta de con\u00e8ixer els aspectes m\u00e9s t\u00e8cnics, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 de comprendre la diversitat de les experi\u00e8ncies sexuals i respectar les emocions individuals, tant nostres com dels altres.<\/li><li>Autoconeixement: saber qu\u00e8 ens agrada, qu\u00e8 no, qu\u00e8 ens ve de gust a cada moment, com funciona el nostre cos, etc. \u00e9s molt rellevant per a la nostra salut sexual. Exercicis com l&#8217;autoexploraci\u00f3 o l\u2019autoobservaci\u00f3 poden resultar molt \u00fatils per a aix\u00f2. Treballar a acceptar-nos permet eliminar moltes barreres que poden entorpir la nostra vida sexual.<\/li><li>L\u00edmits: ser conscients dels nostres l\u00edmits, aix\u00ed com transmetre&#8217;ls a les altres persones \u00e9s crucial per a gaudir d&#8217;una vida sexual plena i sana.<\/li><li>Comunicaci\u00f3: comunicar aspectes sobre com ens sentim, qu\u00e8 ens ve de gust, quines fantasies tenim, etc., aix\u00ed com escoltar les altres persones, contribueix a crear un espai segur on puguem sentir-nos a gust i no jutjats. L&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de respecte pot conduir a tensions i conflictes que afectin molt negativament la qualitat de la vida sexual.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment, en tenir una relaci\u00f3 de parella de llarg recorregut, com sol oc\u00f3rrer en el matrimoni, la variabilitat i la flexibilitat poden ser elements clau d&#8217;una vida sexual saludable. Aix\u00f2 implica tenir la capacitat d&#8217;adaptar-se a les necessitats canviants d&#8217;un mateix i de la parella, perqu\u00e8 la sexualitat individual evoluciona constantment.
