A mesura que el nostre cos es prepara per a donar vida, la nostra ment tamb\u00e9 experimenta significatives transformacions. <strong>La salut mental a l&#8217;embar\u00e0s \u00e9s un tema crucial<\/strong> que mereix l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de totes les futures mares i l&#8217;acompanyament per part dels seus familiars i de professionals especialitzats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Com afecta l&#8217;embar\u00e0s a la salut mental?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si b\u00e9 \u00e9s cert que moltes futures mares experimenten gran alegria i il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 en descobrir que estan embarassades, tamb\u00e9 poden manifestar emocions ambivalents. Alguns dels factors que influeixen en la salut mental durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s inclouen els diversos canvis que es produeixen al llarg d&#8217;aquesta etapa i el tipus d&#8217;acompanyament rebut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Canvis biol\u00f2gics<\/strong>: Durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, el cos de la dona est\u00e0 sotm\u00e8s a canvis hormonals significatius, la qual cosa pot afectar les seves emocions i la gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes. Les fluctuacions en les hormones, com els estr\u00f2gens i la progesterona, poden influir en l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i la sensaci\u00f3 de benestar percebut.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Canvis f\u00edsics<\/strong>: A mesura que el cos es transforma, les dones poden sentir-se inc\u00f2modes, la qual cosa pot afectar el seu benestar emocional. La pres\u00e8ncia de s\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics (com a n\u00e0usees, fatiga\u2026) a m\u00e9s de l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 d&#8217;altres canvis f\u00edsics (estries, augment de pes\u2026) poden generar sentiments de malestar i fins i tot distorsi\u00f3 de la pr\u00f2pia imatge corporal, especialment donada la pressi\u00f3 social que existeix per a \u201crecuperar\u201d la figura despr\u00e9s del part o davant la idea preconcebuda sobre el pes m\u00e0xim que s&#8217;ha d&#8217;augmentar en l&#8217;embar\u00e0s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Canvis socials, laborals i familiars<\/strong>: el vincle amb la parella, la pres\u00e8ncia de suport social i familiar i la conciliaci\u00f3 laboral s\u00f3n elements que influeixen directament en la salut mental a l&#8217;embar\u00e0s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Canvis psicol\u00f2gics<\/strong>: solen produir-se canvis sobtats en l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i experimentar-se sentiments a vegades contradictoris (\u201ctinc moltes ganes de con\u00e8ixer al meu nad\u00f3 per\u00f2 em dona p\u00e0nic no fer-ho b\u00e9\u201d). A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;anticipaci\u00f3 del part i la responsabilitat de cuidar a un nad\u00f3 poden generar nivells elevats d&#8217;ansietat.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>El tipus d&#8217;acompanyament sanitari<\/strong>: \u00e9s important que l&#8217;equip de professionals que acompanyi a la dona a l&#8217;embar\u00e0s posi el focus damunt el seu estat emocional a m\u00e9s de posar-lo en el correcte desenvolupament del beb\u00e8, a partir d&#8217;un tracte hum\u00e0 i proper.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quins canvis psicol\u00f2gics produeix l&#8217;embar\u00e0s?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;embar\u00e0s no sols afecta el cos de la dona, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a les seves percepcions, pensaments i emocions. Alguns dels canvis psicol\u00f2gics comuns que poden oc\u00f3rrer durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Canvis d&#8217;humor i de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim<\/strong>: probablement fruit dels canvis hormonals caracter\u00edstics. A m\u00e9s aix\u00f2 ve acompanyat de sentiments d&#8217;ambival\u00e8ncia, preocupaci\u00f3 per la imatge corporal i una crisi d&#8217;identitat. En efecte, es produir\u00e0 un canvi de rol i el dol corresponent a aix\u00f2, que implica incertesa i no saber gestionar l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de noves pors (ser\u00e9 bona mare?).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Canvis en la percepci\u00f3 de si mateixa<\/strong>: la imatge corporal de la dona pot veure&#8217;s alterada a mesura que el seu cos canvia per a acollir al nad\u00f3. Algunes dones poden lluitar contra l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests canvis i experimentar una disminuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;autoestima, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;una distorsi\u00f3 de la seva pr\u00f2pia imatge corporal.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Aparici\u00f3 de noves preocupacions i prioritats<\/strong>: l&#8217;embar\u00e0s sovint condueix a la reavaluaci\u00f3 de les prioritats de vida. Les futures mares poden sentir la necessitat d&#8217;establir nous objectius i planificar el futur, exposant-se aix\u00ed a un major nivell d&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Nesting:<\/strong> moltes embarassades senten un impuls natural per tal de comen\u00e7ar a \u00a0preparar l&#8217;entorn per a l&#8217;arribada del beb\u00e8. Hem de tenir en compte que malgrat la creixent demanda, existeixen estudis escassos sobre salut mental perinatal fins avui i hi ha nom\u00e9s al voltant de 10 unitats de salut mental perinatal amb equips multidisciplinaris a tota Espanya per tal de donar resposta a &nbsp;la demanda d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 perinatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espec\u00edficament centrant-nos en l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, aquest \u00e9s un per\u00edode en el qual l&#8217;ambival\u00e8ncia \u00e9s present. Podr\u00edem definir-ho com un per\u00edode vulnerable que requereix acompanyament. En aquest aspecte, la salut mental durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s \u00e9s de vital import\u00e0ncia tant per a la mare com per al desenvolupament \u00f2ptim del beb\u00e8. Algunes raons per les quals l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la salut mental perinatal \u00e9s essencial inclouen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>L&#8217;impacte sobre el nad\u00f3<\/strong>: l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat materns poden afectar el desenvolupament del nad\u00f3, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;augmentar el risc de complicacions durant el part i el naixement. Aix\u00ed mateix, un ambient emocionalment saludable dins l&#8217;\u00fater pot contribuir al benestar emocional i cognitiu del nad\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La maternitat i crian\u00e7a positives<\/strong>: una mare que rep acompanyament i cuida d&#8217;una salut mental sol mostrar major capacitat de cuidar al seu nad\u00f3. El suport emocional i psicol\u00f2gic \u00e9s fonamental per al benestar del nad\u00f3 i per tal d\u2019establir un vincle segur entre mare i fill.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La prevenci\u00f3 de trastorns mentals postpart<\/strong>: la cura de la salut mental durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s redueix el risc de desenvolupar trastorns mentals postpart, com la depressi\u00f3 postpart. El suport primerenc i adequat pot prevenir futures complicacions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La salut mental en l&#8217;embar\u00e0s \u00e9s un component essencial del benestar general tant per a la mare com per al nad\u00f3. \u00c9s fonamental recon\u00e8ixer que els canvis emocionals i psicol\u00f2gics s\u00f3n part natural d&#8217;aquesta etapa de la vida. Donar suport, treballar un tipus de comunicaci\u00f3 oberta i donar acc\u00e9s a recursos de salut mental s\u00f3n elements crucials per garantir un embar\u00e0s saludable i una transici\u00f3 m\u00e9s adaptativa a la maternitat. Tenir cura de la salut mental perinatal \u00e9s un acte de responsabilitat que en moltes ocasions requereix d&#8217;acompanyament per part d&#8217;un psic\u00f2leg\/oga especialitzat\/ada en <strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/ca\/problemes-dadaptacio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">problemes d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3<\/a><\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hem de tenir en compte que cada dona viu i percep el seu embar\u00e0s d&#8217;una manera diferent. En efecte, no viure-ho de la mateixa manera o amb diferents graus d&#8217;import\u00e0ncia en comparaci\u00f3 a altres futures mares no significa que la nostra viv\u00e8ncia o percepci\u00f3 sigui incorrecta o que estiguem fent alguna cosa \u201cmalament\u201d.
