LES DIFER\u00c8NCIES ENTRE TRISTESA I DEPRESSI\u00d3."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Avui dia \u00e9s molt com\u00fa escoltar familiars, amics\/amigues o coneguts\/es dir \u201cestic depre\u201d o \u201cem sento depressiu\/va\u201d. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que realment tenen depressi\u00f3? O simplement estan tristos? Sovint confonem depressi\u00f3 amb tristesa, s\u00f3n dos conceptes que hi estan vinculats, per\u00f2 hi ha difer\u00e8ncies entre ells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per una banda, la <strong>tristesa<\/strong> \u00e9s una de les emocions m\u00e9s habituals de l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0, com l&#8217;alegria, la ira o el f\u00e0stic. \u00c9s una resposta natural que es d\u00f3na davant situacions estressants o negatives (com, per exemple, la p\u00e8rdua o abs\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un \u00e9sser estimat, expectatives incomplertes, divorci, p\u00e8rdua de treball, problemes econ\u00f2mics, suspens d&#8217;un examen\u2026) en qu\u00e8 el dolor es manifesta de maneres diferents: el plor, la manca de motivaci\u00f3 o d&#8217;energia, de gana, d&#8217;activitat, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest sentit, la tristesa \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 que no s&#8217;ha d&#8217;etiquetar com un aspecte negatiu, \u00e9s adaptativa ja que ens permet expressar el dolor que sentim i regular-nos emocionalment davant d&#8217;una determinada situaci\u00f3. No ens ha de preocupar que estiguem tristos durant uns dies. Ara b\u00e9, si es perllonga en el temps de manera excessiva, ens impedeix seguir endavant amb la nostra vida i genera un malestar intens \u00e9s quan es pot estar convertint en depressi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, la <strong>depressi\u00f3<\/strong> \u00e9s un trastorn de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim que es caracteritza per un conjunt de s\u00edmptomes que afecta als nostres pensaments i emocions, a la percepci\u00f3 i a la interpretaci\u00f3 del que passa al nostre voltant i, per tant, amb conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies directes al nostre interior i a la nostra conducta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes inclouen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sentiments de des\u00e0nim<\/li><li>Tristesa<\/li><li>Desesperan\u00e7a<\/li><li>Sentiments d&#8217;inutilitat o culpa excessiva<\/li><li>Manca de motivaci\u00f3<\/li><li>Cansament o manca d&#8217;energia<\/li><li>Insomni o somnol\u00e8ncia durant la major part del dia<\/li><li>P\u00e8rdua d&#8217;inter\u00e8s en activitats que un cop es van gaudir<\/li><li>Dificultat per concentrar-se o prendre decisions<\/li><li>P\u00e8rdua o augment de pes significatiu i no intencional<\/li><li>Pensaments recurrents de mort<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/imagen2-12.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3275\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Com podem observar, la tristesa \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una de les facetes de la depressi\u00f3. Les persones que pateixen depressi\u00f3 es troben en una situaci\u00f3 cr\u00f2nica de malestar i neguit. Va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la tristesa, ja que incapacita i impossibilita sentir plaer mentre es d\u00f3na un empitjorament de les funcions cognitives (concentraci\u00f3, mem\u00f2ria, raonament, presa de decisions\u2026), limitant la persona a l&#8217;hora de continuar amb la seva rutina di\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les principals difer\u00e8ncies entre la depressi\u00f3 i la tristesa s\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Estat vs. trastorn: mentre que la tristesa \u00e9s un estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim relativament habitual i passatger davant d&#8217;un esdeveniment, la depressi\u00f3 \u00e9s un trastorn de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim psicol\u00f2gic que genera una situaci\u00f3 cr\u00f2nica de malestar.<\/li><li>Desencadenant: quan estem tristos, som capa\u00e7os d&#8217;identificar quina situaci\u00f3 o esdeveniment ens ha generat malestar. Pel contrari, en la depressi\u00f3 \u00e9s m\u00e9s complicat determinar-ne l&#8217;origen, o almenys un \u00fanic fet que la justifiqui.<\/li><li>Ab\u00falia: \u00e9s caracter\u00edstica de la depressi\u00f3. Es defineix com la incapacitat per enfrontar-se a tasques quotidianes (fer la compra, arreglar-se, anar a treballar\u2026), aix\u00ed com la dificultat per experimentar plaer, satisfacci\u00f3 o inter\u00e8s per res.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3, la tristesa \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 que ens ajuda a afrontar situacions negatives, per\u00f2 quan aquesta s&#8217;aguditza, s\u2019intensifica i es prolonga en el temps es pot desenvolupar un quadre depressiu. Aix\u00f2 passa quan les persones no nom\u00e9s se senten tristes, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 quan es veuen afectades a l&#8217;hora de desenvolupar-se a les rutines di\u00e0ries amb normalitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 puc fer si penso que tinc depressi\u00f3?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si sents que est\u00e0s travessant una mala ratxa per alguna situaci\u00f3 en concret, tan sols amb permetre&#8217;t expressar-ho i compartir-ho amb el teu cercle de suport, la c\u00e0rrega pot ser que sigui m\u00e9s lleu i t&#8217;alleugi d&#8217;alguna manera. En canvi, quan parlem de patir depressi\u00f3, no funciona de la mateixa manera.
