Aquest es pot dividir en dos factors: preocupacions perfeccionistes i esfor\u00e7os perfeccionistes. En aquest sentit, depenent del factor que predomini podrem classificar el perfeccionisme com <strong>adaptatiu<\/strong> i <strong>desadaptatiu<\/strong>, essent els extrems d&#8217;un continu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per una banda, els <strong>esfor\u00e7os perfeccionistes<\/strong> fan refer\u00e8ncia al perfeccionisme m\u00e9s sa. Inclou aquelles persones que cerquen assolir els seus objectius i superar-se a si mateixes. En aquest cas, les metes proposades s\u00f3n altes per\u00f2 realitzables i els criteris no s\u00f3n excessivament r\u00edgids. \u00c9s a dir, s\u00f3n conscients dels seus propis l\u00edmits i cerquen l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia, per\u00f2 en el cas de no assolir els seus objectius, mantenen la motivaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;ambici\u00f3 sense autoavaluar-se de manera negativa ni sentir que han fracassat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per altra banda, les <strong>preocupacions perfeccionistes<\/strong> s\u00f3n les que es relacionen amb el perfeccionisme negatiu i desadaptatiu. Es caracteritza per una gran preocupaci\u00f3 i por de cometre errades. Es tracta d&#8217;un perfeccionisme autoimposat amb una autocr\u00edtica elevada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perfeccionisme disfuncional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/im2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3212\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les persones amb perfeccionisme disfuncional tendeixen a posar uns criteris de qualitat molt elevats i exigents. Realitzen grans esfor\u00e7os per poder assolir aquests est\u00e0ndards, encara que aix\u00f2 provoqui patiment. Se solen caracteritzar per ser persones que no estan totalment satisfetes amb el que fan i van molt alerta en la realitzaci\u00f3 de tasques, tenint en compte tots els detalls ja que no toleren cometre errades. Aix\u00ed mateix, presenten un biaix atencional cap a aquelles coses negatives. \u00c9s a dir, es fixen en aquells detalls que han fet malament o no han complert els est\u00e0ndards establerts minimitzant els \u00e8xits aconseguits, malgrat tot l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 realitzat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest perfeccionisme pot ser present en un o diversos aspectes de la vida. Algunes persones \u00fanicament seran perfeccionistes en una \u00e0rea de la seva vida, com per exemple a la feina, per\u00f2 la majoria solen ser-ho en diversos aspectes com: treball i\/o estudis, esport i exercici, aparen\u00e7a f\u00edsica i\/o pes, amistats i relacions socials, hobbies, aparen\u00e7a de la casa, cura dels fills\/es\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies<\/strong> d&#8217;aquest perfeccionisme desadaptatiu s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img3ca.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3213\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El perfeccionisme disfuncional per si mateix no \u00e9s un trastorn mental, per\u00f2 si es mant\u00e9 en el temps i es cronifica pot arribar a desenvolupar-se un trastorn de la personalitat obsessiu-compulsiu o un trastorn obsessiu compulsiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>tractament psicol\u00f2gic<\/strong> est\u00e0 orientat a treballar els components que resulten desadaptatius. Concretament es fa \u00e8mfasi en aquells pensaments i conductes que es troben a la base del perfeccionisme i es fomenta l&#8217;autocompassi\u00f3 amb les errades i all\u00f2 que s&#8217;ent\u00e9n com un frac\u00e0s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et costa gaudir de no fer res?, et sents culpable per no haver fet el que, segons tu, hauries d&#8217;haver fet?, no acabes mai d&#8217;estar satisfet\/a amb les coses que fas?, quan aconsegueixes alguna cosa que t&#8217;has proposat, nom\u00e9s ets capa\u00e7 de gaudir-ho durant un curt termini de temps?, et critiques a tu mateix\/a si no arribes a l&#8217;objectiu que t&#8217;havies marcat?, et fixes massa en les teves errades?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si has respost que s\u00ed en la majoria de les preguntes potser has caigut en el perfeccionisme disfuncional.
