{"id":2474,"date":"2022-04-02T11:28:24","date_gmt":"2022-04-02T11:28:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psicomallorca0877.live-website.com\/lefecte-ringelmann-i-la-psicologia-dels-grups\/"},"modified":"2025-10-27T12:32:55","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T12:32:55","slug":"lefecte-ringelmann-i-la-psicologia-dels-grups","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/ca\/lefecte-ringelmann-i-la-psicologia-dels-grups\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;efecte Ringelmann i la psicologia dels grups."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Avui parlarem sobre un fenomen estudiat per la psicologia social anomenat efecte Ringelmann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximilien Ringelmann va ser un enginyer agr\u00f2nom franc\u00e8s el qual estava duent a terme diferents recerques en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit agr\u00edcola amb la finalitat d&#8217;optimitzar el rendiment del treball animal i hum\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ringelmann va observar que quan un grup de persones tiren d&#8217;una corda de manera simult\u00e0nia i en el mateix sentit, la suma total de la for\u00e7a realitzada pel grup \u00e9s menor a la suma de la for\u00e7a que cada persona fa de manera individual. Tant \u00e9s aix\u00ed, que Ringelmann va demostrar que quan m\u00e9s gran era el grup per a fer una tasca, m\u00e9s disminueix l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 individual. (Kravitz, D. A., &amp; Martin, B.,1986)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per exemple: 7 subjectes estiren d&#8217;una corda individualment (d&#8217;un en un) i la mitjana del seu esfor\u00e7 \u00e9s de 83.3 Kg, quan aquests passen a estirar de manera col\u00b7lectiva, alhora i en el mateix sentit, la mitjana del seu esfor\u00e7 es redueix a 65Kg (Per a una explicaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s detallada, consulta el seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ie86AKyBhPM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ie86AKyBhPM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/imagen2-6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3133\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per qu\u00e8 hauria d&#8217;interessar-nos aix\u00f2?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En algun moment de la nostra vida ens trobem en situacions en les quals hem de fer tasques amb altres persones, sigui en el treball o en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit acad\u00e8mic. Con\u00e8ixer els factors que ens ajuden a minimitzar l&#8217;efecte Ringelmann ens permetr\u00e0 ser m\u00e9s efica\u00e7os en la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest treball grupal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir dels resultats d\u2019aquesta recerca, altres autors es van interessar pel tema i s&#8217;han proposat diferents variables per a decrementar la influ\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aquest efecte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9s preferible que treballem en grups de tamany redu\u00eft per a fer una tasca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9s convenient que ens organitzem de forma en la qual cada integrant del grup es responsabilitzi d&#8217;una part d&#8217;aquest treball. Ja que una de les hip\u00f2tesis explicatives d&#8217;aquest efecte \u00e9s la denominada \u201cdispersi\u00f3 de la responsabilitat\u201d (Ros Guasch, J. A.,2007).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ja que una possible explicaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;efecte Ringelmann consisteix en la tend\u00e8ncia a confiar que els altres integrants del grup proporcionaran l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 desitjat per a la tasca comuna, la motivaci\u00f3 es veu disminu\u00efda. Motiu pel qual \u00e9s crucial mantenir aquesta motivaci\u00f3 el m\u00e9s alta possible, per exemple, encomanant tasques significatives, que impliquin i motivin intr\u00ednsecament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La coordinaci\u00f3 entre els companys del grup \u00e9s important, ja que aquest efecte pot deure\u2019sde tamb\u00e9 a errar a l\u2019hora de coordinar els esfor\u00e7os de cadascun. Per tant, cal organitzar al grup i promoure mecanismes que informin a aquest mateix sobre el grau en qu\u00e8 es van complint els objectius proposats. (Ingham, A. G et al, 1974).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies a aquest efecte podem veure que a vegades \u201cm\u00e9s no significa millor\u201d. Tenint en compte els factors citats anteriorment, podem aplicar-los en les situacions quotidianes en les quals ens veiem formant part d&#8217;un grup o un equip. D&#8217;aquesta manera, podem maximitzar la productivitat i tamb\u00e9 creem una din\u00e0mica m\u00e9s equitativa, ja que prevenim que alg\u00fa \u201cno faci res\u201d o treballi nom\u00e9s el m\u00ednim requerit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per ampliar informaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kravitz, D.
