De segur que gaireb\u00e9 totes, si no totes, us heu sentit alguna vegada m\u00e9s sensibles i\/o irascibles de l&#8217;habitual, per coses banals que la resta del mes pot ser que no haguessin tingut el mateix efecte en vosaltres, per la qual cosa despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aix\u00f2, de l&#8217;empipament, del plor o de la reacci\u00f3 desproporcionada i incontrolable, ens hem sentit una mica penedides o avergonyides a l\u2019hora de pensar com no vam ser capaces de tenir un major autocontrol sobre les nostres emocions. I f\u00edsicament, totalment abatudes durant les contraccions, exacte: contraccions, les mateixes que es tenen en un part, per\u00f2 de menys intensitat, les quals poden provocar fins i tot c\u00f2lics de l&#8217;intens dolor, a m\u00e9s de sentir els sins i altres parts del cos m\u00e9s sensibles o adolorides. Et sents identificada?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3118\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Doncs b\u00e9, t\u00e9 una explicaci\u00f3, i \u00e9s que, la <strong>S\u00edndrome Premenstrual (SPM)<\/strong> est\u00e0 formada per un conjunt de s\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics i psicol\u00f2gics que comencen just despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;ovulaci\u00f3 i desapareixen generalment quan comen\u00e7a el per\u00edode o poc despr\u00e9s, per la qual cosa pot tenir una durada d&#8217;entre 10 i 16 dies. Encara que, la S\u00edndrome Premenstrual no afecta a totes les dones i aquelles que la pateixen poden presentar difer\u00e8ncies en el conjunt de s\u00edmptomes i intensitat d&#8217;aquests. La simptomatologia pot apar\u00e8ixer des de l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia fins a la menopausa, la intensitat varia sent m\u00e9s suau en l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia i primers anys de la vida adulta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En canvi, el <strong>Trastorn Disf\u00f2ric Premenstrual (TDPM) <\/strong>\u00e9s una afecci\u00f3 similar, per\u00f2 m\u00e9s greu, que tamb\u00e9 es produeix una o dues setmanes abans de l&#8217;inici del per\u00edode menstrual a mesura que els nivells hormonals comencen a caure despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;ovulaci\u00f3. El TDPM causa s\u00edmptomes m\u00e9s accentuats que la SPM, entre ells:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>S\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Dolor en les articulacions, dolor muscular, dolor d&#8217;esquena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Sensibilitat o dolor en els sins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Distensi\u00f3 abdominal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Cefalea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Trastorns de la pell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Augment de pes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Edema en extremitats (mans, peus, o tots dos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3117\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00edmptomes psicol\u00f2gics i conductuals:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Canvis en l&#8217;apetit, menjar en exc\u00e9s, o els antulls d&#8217;aliments espec\u00edfics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Fatiga, letargia, falta d&#8217;energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Els canvis d&#8217;humor (tristesa, plor, augment de la sensibilitat al rebuig).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Irritabilitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Ira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Trastorns del son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Inquietud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Falta de concentraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A\u00efllament social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 La falta d&#8217;inter\u00e8s en activitats usuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Solitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Ansietat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim depressiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Confusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Tensi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Desesperaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3116\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quina \u00e9s la causa del TDPM?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara no se sap amb certesa la causa del TDPM o la SPM, per\u00f2 pot ser que els canvis hormonals i possiblement els canvis en els nivells de serotonina durant el cicle menstrual influeixen decisivament, i algunes dones poden ser m\u00e9s sensibles a aquests canvis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Com saber si ho sofreixo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a establir el diagn\u00f2stic del TDPM s&#8217;han de descartar patologies o desordres que mostrin s\u00edmptomes semblants. Les manifestacions caracter\u00edstiques d&#8217;aquest trastorn han de ser prou greus per a interferir en la vida di\u00e0ria i repetir-se en cada cicle menstrual. Els s\u00edmptomes han de presentar-se durant els 5 dies abans del per\u00edode i almenys en tres cicles menstruals consecutius, acabar al cap de 4 dies del comen\u00e7ament del per\u00edode i interferir en algunes \u00e0rees de la vida quotidiana.
