Aquests canvis s\u00f3n dif\u00edcilment acceptats i generen entre d\u2019altres coses, actituds d&#8217;evitaci\u00f3 per no haver d&#8217;enfrontar-se a situacions que causen malestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La desinformaci\u00f3, l&#8217;escassa educaci\u00f3 sexual rebuda o l\u2019 educaci\u00f3 sexual restrictiva, m\u00e9s l&#8217;enfocament coitocentrista que fins ara han tingut les relacions sexuals, han estat sense dubte aspectes que han perjudicat l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 i manteniment de disfuncions sexuals com la disfunci\u00f3 er\u00e8ctil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto2-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3108\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Causes de la disfunci\u00f3 er\u00e8ctil<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;excitaci\u00f3 sexual masculina \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s complex que involucra al cervell, el qual compleix una funci\u00f3 clau en l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 de la s\u00e8rie de successos f\u00edsics que provoquen una erecci\u00f3, comen\u00e7ant amb la sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;excitaci\u00f3 sexual, per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s tamb\u00e9 estan involucrades les hormones, les emocions, els nervis, els m\u00fasculs i els vasos sanguinis. Les causes poden ser f\u00edsiques o psicol\u00f2giques, i a vegades, la disfunci\u00f3 er\u00e8ctil es deu a una combinaci\u00f3 de totes dues. Per exemple, una malaltia f\u00edsica, que fa que la teva resposta sexual sigui m\u00e9s lenta, pot generar ansietat respecte a mantenir una erecci\u00f3 i aquesta ansietat pot provocar o empitjorar la disfunci\u00f3 er\u00e8ctil. Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important descartar les causes f\u00edsiques abans d&#8217;afirmar que l&#8217;origen de la disfunci\u00f3 er\u00e8ctil \u00e9s psicol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre les causes d&#8217;origen psicol\u00f2gic es troben l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, trastorns en l&#8217;estat an\u00edmic i l&#8217;ansietat de rendiment, sent aquesta \u00faltima la causa m\u00e9s comuna de disfunci\u00f3 er\u00e8ctil, ja que es considera com un component principal i persistent causant una espiral de deteriorament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que realment succeeix llavors?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els pensaments autom\u00e0tics negatius i l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;erecci\u00f3 augmenten els nivells d&#8217;ansietat activant al sistema nervi\u00f3s simp\u00e0tic, de manera que la sang deixa d&#8217;arribar al penis i es produeix la p\u00e8rdua d&#8217;erecci\u00f3 pel fet que el cervell l&#8217;interpreta com una amena\u00e7a o perill i llavors respon d&#8217;acord amb la seva interpretaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;activaci\u00f3 ansiosa que es produeix en el moment del succ\u00e9s pot no desembocar en una disfunci\u00f3, per\u00f2 en aquest cas, en activar-se el sistema nervi\u00f3s simp\u00e0tic, es perd autom\u00e0ticament l&#8217;erecci\u00f3 i la interpretaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest fet afecta de tal manera que augmenta cada vegada m\u00e9s l&#8217;ansietat, mentre que es continua intentant tenir una erecci\u00f3 en va.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan s\u2019escapa de la situaci\u00f3 en el moment en el qual l&#8217;ansietat est\u00e0 encara en augment, el record es perpetua amb la creen\u00e7a d&#8217;incapacitat sexual, generant que en successives ocasions s&#8217;inici\u00ef l&#8217;acte sexual avaluant la capacitat i, d&#8217;aquesta manera, activant l&#8217;ansietat davant el rendiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto3-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3109\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A llarg termini, la disfunci\u00f3 er\u00e8ctil pot provocar una vida sexual no satisfact\u00f2ria, problemes en la relaci\u00f3 de parella, baixa autoestima i inseguretat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La disfunci\u00f3 er\u00e8ctil en la majoria de casos t\u00e9 soluci\u00f3, per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important sol\u00b7licitar ajuda d&#8217;un\/a professional.
