{"id":2433,"date":"2022-01-10T14:39:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-10T14:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psicomallorca0877.live-website.com\/persones-majors-i-autoestima\/"},"modified":"2025-08-13T10:47:30","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T10:47:30","slug":"persones-majors-i-autoestima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/ca\/persones-majors-i-autoestima\/","title":{"rendered":"Persones majors i autoestima"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Vivim en una societat cada vegada m\u00e9s envellida, en la qual l&#8217;augment de l&#8217;esperan\u00e7a de vida juntament amb l&#8217;alta natalitat produ\u00efda en el conegut per\u00edode de \u201cbaby boom\u201d ha derivat en un percentatge cada vegada m\u00e9s alt de persones majors de 65 anys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes dades suggereixen una possible dificultat per a satisfer les necessitats assistencials d&#8217;aquesta poblaci\u00f3, a causa de la falta de personal sanitari i creixents despeses p\u00fabliques en assist\u00e8ncia sanit\u00e0ria. D&#8217;aquesta manera, es torna rellevant una perspectiva sobre com poder ajudar i potenciar el benestar d&#8217;aquest col\u00b7lectiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;autoconeixement, la maduresa personal, les experi\u00e8ncies i viv\u00e8ncies que es van sumant al llarg de la vida, s\u00f3n elements imprescindibles per a enfortir l&#8217;autoestima de persones majors. Es podria pensar que amb el passar dels anys, i tenint en compte els factors esmentats, l&#8217;autoestima augmenta de manera estable i lineal, per\u00f2 en la majoria dels casos no \u00e9s aix\u00ed. \u00c9s freq\u00fcent trobar un deca\u00efment de benestar i autoestima en les persones majors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Quines s\u00f3n les causes d&#8217;aquest deca\u00efment?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s cert que hi ha una disminuci\u00f3 de capacitats f\u00edsiques, energ\u00e8tiques, de mobilitat que impedeixen portar el mateix ritme de vida, per\u00f2 hi ha tamb\u00e9 una mirada social que augmenta encara m\u00e9s la falta de confian\u00e7a en si mateixos. L&#8217;autocreen\u00e7a d&#8217;una incapacitat f\u00edsica o d&#8217;una deterioraci\u00f3 cognitiva, porta a les persones de la tercera edat a tenir una baixa autoestima i menor motivaci\u00f3. Aquesta autocreen\u00e7a est\u00e0 fomentada pels estereotips que solem tenir sobre les persones d&#8217;una edat avan\u00e7ada. Tots utilitzem estereotips di\u00e0riament, ens ajuden a simplificar la realitat, el problema \u00e9s que, en categoritzar, generalitzem i podem caure en percepcions err\u00f2nies. L&#8217;estereotip d&#8217;una persona d&#8217;edat avan\u00e7ada comporta el prejudici de la falta de compet\u00e8ncia i el baix rendiment f\u00edsic, entre d\u2019altres. Per tant, els estereotips solen ser \u00fatils, la qual cosa no implica que el seu \u00fas no sigui prejudici\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen2-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3060\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Com podem ajudar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan oferim ajuda a alg\u00fa, especialment si no l&#8217;ha demanat, hem d&#8217;anar amb compte amb la forma en qu\u00e8 ho fem. Nedler i Fisher parlen d&#8217;un \u201cmodel d&#8217;amena\u00e7a a l&#8217;autoestima\u201d, en el qual expliquen el perill d&#8217;ajudar sense una petici\u00f3 pr\u00e8via. \u00c9s cert que ajudar ens fa sentir millor amb nosaltres mateixos, per\u00f2 si un ajuda sense necessitat, el receptor ho pot percebre com una amena\u00e7a. Hi ha diversos agreujants a aquesta situaci\u00f3 que fan que l&#8217;amena\u00e7a se senti encara pitjor. En la societat en la qual vivim, \u00e9s molt valuosa la independ\u00e8ncia i autonomia personal. Quan un ajuda, pot llevar en part aquesta independ\u00e8ncia i fa sentir al receptor com alg\u00fa no suficient. En el cas dels adults majors aix\u00f2 \u00e9s recurrent. Moltes vegades oferim ajuda per a travessar el carrer, per a fer les compres, per a cuinar, quan en realitat no ens l&#8217;han demanat. El danyar l&#8217;autoestima pot tornar-se en un problema quan la persona major comen\u00e7a a sentir-se inferior, incapa\u00e7, i fins pot empitjorar el seu rendiment en tots els h\u00e0bits de la seva vida, f\u00edsics i mentals, ja que acaben creient ells mateixos que s\u00f3n incapa\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant: ajudar quan ho sol\u00b7liciten, atorgar responsabilitats dins de les seves possibilitats com cuidar als seus n\u00e9ts, fer-los saber que s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os d&#8217;aportar utilitat, demanar-los consells, escoltar les seves hist\u00f2ries i valorar la seva opini\u00f3, parlar-los d&#8217;adult a adult sense tractar-los com si fossin nens, s\u00f3n algunes de les tantes coses que podem posar en pr\u00e0ctica perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;autoestima dels majors millori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bibliografia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fisher, J.
