Bishop i els seus companys ho defineixen com: \u201cUna forma d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 no elaborativa, que no jutja, centrada en el present, en la qual cada pensament, sentiment o sensaci\u00f3 que apareix en el camp atencional \u00e9s reconeguda i acceptada tal com \u00e9s\u201d (2004).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tracta d&#8217;una t\u00e8cnica que t\u00e9 principis elementals en com\u00fa amb la meditaci\u00f3, encara que aquesta \u00faltima neix en un context de tipus espiritual i consisteix en una pr\u00e0ctica contemplativa. El Mindfulness, d&#8217;altra banda, est\u00e0 desvinculat de creences religioses i filosofies de vida concretes i actualment s&#8217;ha mostrat cient\u00edficament efica\u00e7 per a ajudar en problemes com els trastorns de conducta aliment\u00e0ria, trastorns d&#8217;ansietat, ab\u00fas de subst\u00e0ncies, trastorns de personalitat, dolor, i estr\u00e8s, entre altres. (V\u00e1squez, 2016)<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><u>Components del Mindfulness<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Atenci\u00f3 en l&#8217;aqu\u00ed i l\u2019ara: <\/strong>centrar-se en el moment present en lloc d&#8217;estar pendent del passat (rumiant) o del futur (expectatives, desitjos i temors)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Intenci\u00f3: <\/strong>Quan s&#8217;est\u00e0 meditant no s&#8217;ha de tractar d&#8217;aconseguir cap prop\u00f2sit immediat, simplement cal participar amb consci\u00e8ncia plena del que s&#8217;est\u00e0 fent.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ment oberta: Capacitat d&#8217;observar l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia sense interposar el filtre de les pr\u00f2pies creences.<\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Acceptaci\u00f3: <\/strong>Experimentar els esdeveniments plenament i sense defenses, tal com s\u00f3n, sense oposar resist\u00e8ncia.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Desfer-se:<\/strong> Consisteix en separar-se d&#8217;alguna cosa a la qual ens aferr\u00e0vem. Res \u00e9s per sempre, cal relacionar-se de forma m\u00e9s realista amb les coses.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Alguns beneficis del Mindfulness<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Redueix l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, ja que ens porta a un estat de tranquil\u00b7litat i claredat mental. No es realitzen judicis llavors no apareixen emocions negatives com poden ser les preocupacions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pot\u00e8ncia la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional, millorant la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;autoconsci\u00e8ncia. El reconeixement de les emocions pot derivar en una gesti\u00f3 m\u00e9s adaptativa de les relacions interpersonals.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Problemes de salut mental i problemes de salut. S\u00f3n diversos els estudis que han mostrat que el Mindfulness \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s per a diferents problem\u00e0tiques. El seu potencial no es redueix exclusivament al psicol\u00f2gic si no que tamb\u00e9 pot ajudar a millorar algunes condicions f\u00edsiques com el dolor cr\u00f2nic o el c\u00e0ncer, facilitant la toler\u00e0ncia a les intervencions i reduint la simptomatologia com\u00f2rbida.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Respecte als problemes psicol\u00f2gics, els trastorns de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim s\u00f3n l&#8217;\u00e0rea m\u00e9s explorada i on millors resultats ha mostrat el Mindfulness per a reduir els s\u00edmptomes de l&#8217;ansietat i depressi\u00f3, observant-se en aquesta \u00faltima que les recaigudes depressives la disminueixen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La capacitat de concentraci\u00f3 s&#8217;afavoreix ja que a trav\u00e9s de la concentraci\u00f3 plena hem de concentrar-nos en una sola cosa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ajuda a reduir l&#8217;insomni, amb suficient entrenament podem portar el nostre cos i ment a un estat de relaxaci\u00f3 que beneficia a la qualitat i quantitat de la nostra son.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El Mindfulness \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica sovint usada en ter\u00e0pia que, amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un professional, es pot aprendre i aplicar per a millorar en general la qualitat de vida d&#8217;un mateix.<em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Xavi Ponseti&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Col.
