En funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estil de comunicaci\u00f3 que adoptem, la forma en qu\u00e8 ens relacionem amb els altres canviar\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2981\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La persona no es respecta a s\u00ed mateixa. No d\u00f3na la seva opini\u00f3 ni expressa els seus sentiments per si molesta a alg\u00fa. Cedeix front als desitjos i peticions de la resta, malgrat siguin abusius. Roman en silenci. No s\u2019atreveix a intervenir en la conversa. Fa el que li diuen els altres, no defensa els seus drets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A. ESTI PASSIU.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qu\u00e8 diu?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Calla, parla amb monos\u00edl\u00b7labs, fa moltes voltes per dir alguna cosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Com ho diu?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Tremola la veu, tartamudeja, parla molt baix\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qu\u00e8 fa?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mira al terra, baixa o desvia la vista, es posa vermell, fa gestos nerviosos, adopta una postura encollida, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple d&#8217;estil passiu seria: Un cap d&#8217;equip que \u00e9s incapa\u00e7 d&#8217;indicar a untreballador determinades errades del seu treball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B. ESTIL AGRESSIU.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest estil la persona no respecta als altres ja que d\u00f3na la seva opini\u00f3 i manifesta els seus sentiments sense importar-li si molesta a alg\u00fa. No cedeix davant els desitjos i peticions de les altres persones, tot i que siguin justos. Els interromp, acapara les converses, imposa el seu criteri, viola els drets dels altres, etc. A vegades aquesta agressivitat pot ser m\u00e9s indirecta, per exemple, fent \u00fas del sarcasme o la ironia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qu\u00e8 diu?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Insulta, amena\u00e7a, diu les coses sense tacte, amb brutalitat, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Com ho diu?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Crida, parla amb un to de veu molt elevat\u2026<strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qu\u00e8 fa?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fulmina amb la mirada, es posa vermell de r\u00e0bia, fa gestos autoritaris, adopta una postura prepotent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple de comunicaci\u00f3 agressiva podria ser dir: \u201cNo serveixes per a res, millor ho faig jo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>C. ESTIL PASSI-AGRESSIU.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tracta d&#8217;un estil de comunicaci\u00f3 que t\u00e9 aspectes de l&#8217;estil passiu i de l&#8217;agressiu. Expressen indirectament els sentiments negatius en comptes de exterioritzar-los obertament. D&#8217;aquesta manera usen una agressivitat amagada per a canalitzar les emocions de r\u00e0bia i ira que acumulen per no saber expressar-ho al moment i de manera correcta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qu\u00e8 diu?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/em><\/strong>D\u00f3na la culpa als altres, encara que no expressa hostilitat de manera oberta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Com ho diu?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Moltes vegades usant el sarcasme, usant excuses o mentint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qu\u00e8 fa?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Triga a fer les tasques o les oblida, crea excuses i menteix, deixa les coses per a m\u00e9s tard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple de conducta passiu-agressiva podria ser el fet de preparar-se de forma exageradament lenta per a una festa a la qual no vols acudir, d&#8217;aquesta manera quan arribes ja est\u00e0 gaireb\u00e9 finalitzada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D. ESTIL ASSERTIU.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La persona es respecta a s\u00ed mateixa i a la resta. Opina i deixa opinar. Expressa els seus sentiments i es posa en el lloc de l\u2019altre. No cedeix davant els desitjos i peticions dels altres quan s\u00f3n injustos, per\u00f2 s\u00ed quan s\u00f3n raonables. Parla i escolta amb atenci\u00f3. No imposa per for\u00e7a el seu criteri. Exigeix els seus drets i respecta els drets dels altres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qu\u00e8 diu?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Parla amb correcci\u00f3 i educaci\u00f3, diu les coses directament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Com ho diu?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Parla amb veu segura, ni massa poc a poc ni massa r\u00e0pid, amb un to de veu adequat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qu\u00e8 fa?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mira als ulls, mant\u00e9 la mirada sense fixesa, gesticula coherentment amb el que diu, adopta una postura natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple de comunicaci\u00f3 assertiva pot ser: \u201cM&#8217;ha molestat el comentari que has fet, m&#8217;agradaria que m&#8217;ho diguessis d&#8217;una altra forma\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3, existeixen diferents estils de comunicaci\u00f3 i aquests es poden trobar de forma m\u00e9s entremesclada en la realitat. La millor opci\u00f3 d&#8217;estil de comunicaci\u00f3 que podem adoptar \u00e9s l&#8217;estil assertiu ja que, en contrast amb els altres estils, ens proveeix d&#8217;una bona autoestima i prev\u00e9 de molts possibles conflictes.
