No obstant aix\u00f2, les persones amb trastorns d&#8217;ansietat amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia tenen preocupacions i pors intenses, excessives i persistents sobre situacions di\u00e0ries. Amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, en els trastorns d&#8217;ansietat es donen episodis repetits de sentiments sobtats d&#8217;ansietat intensa i por o terror que aconsegueixen un m\u00e0xim en una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de minuts (atacs de p\u00e0nic).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests sentiments d&#8217;ansietat i p\u00e0nic interfereixen en les activitats di\u00e0ries, s\u00f3n dif\u00edcils de controlar, s\u00f3n desproporcionats en comparaci\u00f3 amb el perill real i poden durar un llarg temps. Amb el prop\u00f2sit de prevenir aquests sentiments, pot succeir que evitis uns certs llocs o situacions. Els s\u00edmptomes poden comen\u00e7ar en la inf\u00e0ncia o l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia i continuar fins a l&#8217;edat adulta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguns exemples del trastorn d&#8217;ansietat s\u00f3n: trastorn d&#8217;ansietat generalitzada, trastorn d&#8217;ansietat social (f\u00f2bia social), f\u00f2bies espec\u00edfiques i trastorn d&#8217;ansietat per separaci\u00f3. Pots tenir m\u00e9s d&#8217;un trastorn d&#8217;ansietat.
