No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha alguns factors que poden determinar que visquem la sexualitat d&#8217;una manera o una altra i, fins i tot, en moltes ocasions, no la puguem viure com volem.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s a dir, hi ha certs problemes o obstacles que dificulten la sexualitat de moltes persones, sent necessari acudir a un \/ a especialista en Sexologia per poder solucionar-les. S\u00f3n diverses les &#8220;Disfuncions Sexuals&#8221; que podem trobar, espec\u00edfiques d&#8217;homes i de dones, o de tots dos sexes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el dolor en el coit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Encara s&#8217;ent\u00e9n que les relacions sexuals han de ser agradables, hi ha algunes dificultats, tant en homes com en dones (sent m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent en dones) que poden fer que aquestes no sempre es visquin amb plaer. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que d&#8217;ara en endavant ens centrarem en el dolor en el coit en el cas de les dones a l&#8217;\u00e9sser m\u00e9s habitual.<\/p>\n<p>Moltes dones experimenten dolor durant la penetraci\u00f3 vaginal. S\u00f3n diferents els punts de la vagina que poden resultar molestos com, per exemple, a l&#8217;entrada de la vagina o en un punt exacte de la zona vaginal. Tamb\u00e9 pot haver cremor o co\u00efssor durant la penetraci\u00f3 o fins i tot tensi\u00f3 dels m\u00fasculs que l&#8217;envolten, fent que la penetraci\u00f3 no sigui possible.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta dificultat de penetraci\u00f3 pel dolor o mol\u00e8stia es pot considerar un problema quan genera malestar o provoca un deteriorament de les relacions interpersonals o de l&#8217;autoestima. \u00c9s a dir, no es viu la sexualitat amb plaer, satisfacci\u00f3 i gaudi.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-795\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-290x300.png\" alt=\"m\u00fasculos vagina\" width=\"290\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Quines s\u00f3n les possibles causes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poden ser m\u00faltiples les causes que poden fer que una dona experimenti dolor durant la penetraci\u00f3. Habitualment, el primer de tot que s&#8217;ha de fer \u00e9s una revisi\u00f3 ginecol\u00f2gica per descartar que aquest dolor pugui ser org\u00e0nic, causat per exemple per endometriosi, infeccions de les gl\u00e0ndules de Skene o de Bartolino, problemes hormonals, problemes causats per f\u00e0rmacs, falta de lubricaci\u00f3 de causa m\u00e8dica, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p>A nivell psicol\u00f2gic ha diverses causes que poden causar dolor, com per exemple haver rebut una educaci\u00f3 sexual molt restrictiva o absent, basada en creences err\u00f2nies o mites, tenir problemes d&#8217;autoestima, tenir por excessiva a l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, haver viscut una experi\u00e8ncia traum\u00e0tica, entre d&#8217;altres .<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-797\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/4-3-300x178.jpg\" alt=\"vagina \" width=\"300\" height=\"178\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tot i que la vagina \u00e9s molt el\u00e0stica i est\u00e0 preparada per rebre una penetraci\u00f3 sense que suposi cap tipus de dolor, s&#8217;ha de tenir en compte la situaci\u00f3 de la relaci\u00f3 sexual. Habitualment les dones que senten dolor durant la penetraci\u00f3 no estan relaxades ni prou excitades per viure aquesta relaci\u00f3 sexual com una cosa plaent. \u00c9s important saber que la vagina en si no \u00e9s una zona er\u00f2gena que s&#8217;exciti nom\u00e9s amb la penetraci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que requereix d&#8217;una estimulaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via i lubricaci\u00f3 suficient. Hi ha moltes dones que a l&#8217;introduir-se un tamp\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 senten mol\u00e8sties, ja que els m\u00fasculs vaginals es tensen, es contrauen i dificulten la seva entrada. Per tant, \u00e9s important aprendre a relaxar-se i destensar aquests m\u00fasculs, a m\u00e9s de no practicar la penetraci\u00f3 si realment no ve de gust o no est\u00e0 prou preparada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 mant\u00e9 aquest problema?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primer de tot, s&#8217;ha de tenir en compte que el dolor es mant\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 est\u00e0 associat a una part de cervell que s&#8217;activa el sistema d&#8217;alarma, generant tensi\u00f3, la qual cosa \u00e9s absolutament incompatible amb relaxar-se i gaudir. Es pot dir que \u00e9s un mecanisme adaptatiu de cervell que protegeix davant alguna cosa que s&#8217;ha percebut com dolor\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-798\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"3\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;aquesta forma, per superviv\u00e8ncia, el cervell diu que no cal repetir aquesta experi\u00e8ncia, per tant, no apareixeran les ganes de mantenir relacions sexuals i es fugir\u00e0 d&#8217;elles o s&#8217;evitar\u00e0 la situaci\u00f3. Com m\u00e9s s&#8217;evita alguna cosa, m\u00e9s por provoca, per tant, m\u00e9s tensi\u00f3 es genera i, conseq\u00fcentment, m\u00e9s dolor se sent. Aquesta situaci\u00f3 es repeteix perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;anticipa el que va a oc\u00f3rrer i s&#8217;arriba a convertir en una cosa que es fa autom\u00e0ticament sense ser conscient d&#8217;aquest proc\u00e9s, convertint-se en un cercle vici\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-857\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Ciclo-del-dolor.jpg\" alt=\"Ciclo del dolor\" width=\"585\" height=\"570\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Quins s\u00f3n els possibles tractaments?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;ha de tenir en compte que cada cas \u00e9s diferent i que les causes poden ser diverses, per tant, \u00e9s important adaptar el tractament a cada cas en particular. Per exemple, si la dificultat de penetraci\u00f3 \u00e9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un problema d&#8217;ansietat o de baixa autoestima, es treballar\u00e0 primer aix\u00f2, o si es deu a una falta d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 sexual i \/ o por generada per experi\u00e8ncies anteriors, el tractament ser\u00e0 un altre.<\/p>\n<p>Habitualment davant aquests casos sol haver-hi soluci\u00f3, per tant, una dona no ha de conformar-se amb viure la seva sexualitat de forma no satisfact\u00f2ria. \u00c9s molt important treballar certs aspectes de la sexualitat de cada persona, com la necessitat de con\u00e8ixer el propi cos, saber qu\u00e8 li agrada, que la parella tamb\u00e9 s\u00e0piga com \u00e9s ella i com funciona el seu cos, aprendre a relaxar-se, restar import\u00e0ncia a la penetraci\u00f3 en les relacions sexuals i, fonamental tamb\u00e9, aprendre a estimular i deixar-se portar.<\/p>\n<p>Per poder dur a terme totes aquestes pautes, \u00e9s important que el \/ la sex\u00f2leg \/ a informe de l&#8217;tractament i doni les pautes adequades, generant un clima de confian\u00e7a i comoditat per a poder parlar obertament d&#8217;aquests temes.<\/p>\n<p>Si tens dolor
