Per aix\u00f2, de vegades \u00e9s necessari parar i atendre les nostres necessitats d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s conscient a trav\u00e9s, per exemple, de la relaxaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La relaxaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un estat de consci\u00e8ncia que ens aporta un profund descans, a el mateix temps que ens ajuda a equilibrar el metabolisme, el ritme card\u00edac i la respiraci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha altres t\u00e8cniques que han resultat \u00fatils per a moltes persones com poden ser el mindfulness, el ioga, el pilates o l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;altres disciplines que treballen la relaxaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s del exercici corporal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-614\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psicologiasexologiamallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/relajacion2.png\" alt=\"relajacion2\" width=\"406\" height=\"270\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tota persona pot dur a terme les t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3, sempre que no estigui contraindicat algun tipus d&#8217;exercici per a la seva salut. Si b\u00e9, hi ha alguns consells que podem tenir en compte si volem fer alguna t\u00e8cnica de relaxaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Busquem un lloc tranquil i ens assegurem que no hi hagi interrupcions (que no soni el tel\u00e8fon ni el timbre, que no vagin a obrir la porta, etc.)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9s recomanable buscar una superf\u00edcie adequada on realitzar els exercicis, com pot ser a terra, un matalasset, el llit, etc.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cal buscar la posici\u00f3 que ens resulti m\u00e9s c\u00f2moda (asseguda, estirada, etc.)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La temperatura de el lloc on anem a realitzar la relaxaci\u00f3 ha de ser l&#8217;adequada, \u00e9s a dir, ni de bon fred ni molta calor.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La llum ha de ser suau, t\u00e8nue, si pot ser en semipenombra, perqu\u00e8 no ens resulti molesta.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La roba que utilitzem \u00e9s recomanable que sigui c\u00f2moda i folgada, que no premi ni molesti.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l&#8217;iniciar els exercicis, tanquem els ulls per concentrar-nos millor en l&#8217;activitat que portarem a terme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hem de dedicar als exercicis el temps que sigui necessari; \u00e9s fonamental per aconseguir el que esperem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordem que hi ha t\u00e8cniques diverses i variades, per tant, podem buscar la t\u00e8cnica que m\u00e9s s&#8217;ajusti al nostre estil de vida i les nostres prefer\u00e8ncies. \u00c9s important tenir en compte que, perqu\u00e8 una t\u00e8cnica de relaxaci\u00f3 funcioni, la haurem practicar a l&#8217;almenys durant un mes.
