Taller de Canvi de Pensament"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">En moltes ocasions ens sentim malament i no entenem b\u00e9 el per qu\u00e8.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El que s\u00ed podem apreciar \u00e9s que despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aquestes emocions hi pensaments que, sense adonar-nos, solen ser autom\u00e0tics i negatius.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, els nostres pensaments juguen un paper fonamental en les nostres emocions i les nostres conductes.<\/p>\n<p>Una cosa que podem fer per sentir-nos millor \u00e9s identificar els nostres pensaments i modificar-los. No obstant aix\u00f2, moltes vegades pensem sense adonar-nos i no ens \u00e9s f\u00e0cil aprendre a identificar-los, per posteriorment canviar-los i aix\u00ed canviar les nostres emocions, sentir-nos millor i actuar com ens agradaria.
