Per aix\u00f2, en aquest taller farem una introducci\u00f3 a l&#8217;insomni i aprendrem t\u00e8cniques per aprendre a dormir b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>Continguts:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Concepte i causes de l&#8217;insomni.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;insomni en la nostra salut.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">T\u00e8cniques i cures per dormir b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>Durada del taller<\/em>: 2 hores i 30 minuts<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>Destinataris<\/em>: Qualsevol persona interessada en el tema que vulgui con\u00e8ixer i aprendre t\u00e8cniques per dormir millor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>Lloc de realitzaci\u00f3 del taller<\/em>: Instituto Psicolog\u00eda-Sexolog\u00eda Mallorca.
