Alguns ho entenen com una filosofia de vida, una autocura o una forma de sentir-se satisfets amb s\u00ed mateixos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstant, des del moment en qu\u00e8 el que ens mou a cuidar-nos no \u00e9s tant el desig d\u2019estar b\u00e9, sin\u00f3 m\u00e9s b\u00e9 la por a no encaixar en el que ens agradaria, pot comen\u00e7ar a gestar-se un problema amb el cos i amb l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguns senyals que poden indicar-nos que tenim (o que alg\u00fa que coneixem t\u00e9) un problema amb el nostre cos i\/o la nostra alimentaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comen\u00e7ar moltes dietes de manera recurrent <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comptar calories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menjar compulsivament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar que ens vegin menjar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentir-nos malament per haver menjat, pel qu\u00e8 hem menjat, o per la quantitat&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voler o intentar compensar la nostra ingesta amb dejuns o exercici f\u00edsic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar mirar-nos al mirall o no poder evitar observar-nos i mesurar-nos amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comparar cont\u00ednuament el nostre aspecte amb el dels altres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenir por d\u2019ensenyar el nostre cos o alguna part d\u2019ellJutjar el nostre aspecte f\u00edsic com a indesitjable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada una d\u2019aquestes conductes poden ser confoses amb una conducta de salut normal, pel que cal con\u00e8ixer cada cas i contextualitzar-lo per a saber si es tracta o no d\u2019un problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de que, efectivament, tinguem una mala relaci\u00f3 amb el propi cos o amb la nostra alimentaci\u00f3, podem arribar a trobar-nos amb perfils semblants als que figuren a la seg\u00fcent taula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Anor\u00e8xia nerviosa<\/td><td>Preocupacions pel pes, la imatge corporal i\/o els aliments<\/td><td>Trastorn de restricci\u00f3\/evitaci\u00f3 de la ingesta aliment\u00e0ria<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Bul\u00edmia nerviosa<\/td><td>Vigor\u00e8xia<\/td><td>Hiperf\u00e0gia \/ polif\u00e0gia<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Trastorn d\u2019afartament<\/td><td>Ortor\u00e8xia<\/td><td>Trastorn per ruminaci\u00f3<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquests escenaris, la tasca del psic\u00f2leg o la psic\u00f2loga ser\u00e0 la d\u2019acompanyar a la persona a generar relacions funcionals amb el menjar i amb les pr\u00f2pies emocions, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019aconseguir el benestar psicol\u00f2gic. Per tant, no es circumscriu en cap cas a aconseguir un pes determinat, sin\u00f3 que implica una an\u00e0lisi m\u00e9s profunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta \u00e0rea, actuem de manera interdisciplin\u00e0ria (en conjunt amb altres professionals de la salut, com dietistes-nutricionistes, entrenadors personals&#8230;). A m\u00e9s, treballem des d\u2019un punt de vista psiconutricional, seguint la cultura de la \u201cno dieta\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els perfils de la taula responen a les consultes m\u00e9s demandades en aquest \u00e0mbit.
